To much stuff in main back alile

Staff ignored requests, more worried about talking to each other about their hours and putting stock away

Diana and Sadie went out of their way to provide assistance and patience answering all of our questions! Diana stopped what she was doing and personally walked us to the correct aisle for the products we needed. She then gave us advice on which products would help us the best. She had a warm smile and was very approachable! Sadie was helping several people at one time. Yet she took the time to also assist us. She never complained and even went out of her way to show us the correct paint needed

I purchased $300 of plants and tried to rent a truck (there were 2 in the lot). They said one was not working and the other was reserved. While my wife made several trips with her car to get the plants home, I stayed with the rest of the order. After an hour, when we finished, the 2 trucks were still in the lot and hadn't moved.

I went to Home Depot for a few gardening things and decided to look at washer and dryers since mine both needed replacing . The floor staff was great, helpful, resourceful and courteous. The store is always clean, well stocked and the staff always asking if they can be helpful.

This is a very convenient location for me. However, today’s cashier was nasty to me. Won’t shop at this store unless there is no other option.

Josh and Mike both helped me with my purchases of gifts for my husband. They were amazing! Knowledgeable about the items and super kind. This store is always so tidy and always have what I am looking for. Great experiences always at this location.

The store it hit or miss on certain items workers are friendly and power tool selection could use some improvement Good deals on motor oil

I was in the store to look around for a garden flags and hummingbird food. An employee directed me where I needed to go, and even though I didn't like any of the flags, I was correctly advised as to where they were. The cashier "Ann" in the lawn and garden section was very kind and polite. Great store!

Fixed the billing issue within 30 minutes on a Sunday. .best depot in the area

This store is very organized. When walking down isles , most of the time I get greeted with a "can I help you" ?

Most reviews are about products. This review is focused on the employee service. EVERY single employee that I encountered spoke to me and offered to help me find what I ever I needed. The cashier was particularly helpful in guiding me through the process of using the self key making kiosk. It was truly a pleasuring shopping here that night, (02/10/2022)

I have often bought Behr paint here. The paint is outstanding. Plus, the customer service at the paint section is most helpful for determining the kind of paint and how much I need.

The staff at this particular Home Depot go above and beyond the expectations of the ordinary shopper! It is a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot!

App stated something was in stock and the aisle where item was supposed to be was empty. Store associated located item on upper shelves and graciously offered to get it.

I waited for 30 minutes while there were 3 associates present. One was working with a customer while the other two were on the phone. Once they completed their current situations, no one even acknowledged me. It was disappointing and disheartening. They totally ignored my presence and weren’t going to acknowledge me until I approached them about it. Two associates (one woman finished with her customer and the other completed his call) never even looked my way when they were available. This used to be my favorite Home Depot in this area but I had never shopped in the appliance department before. I’m sorry now that I spent my dollars here.

We had our entire kitchen designed by Halina, one of their kitchen design specialists and ordered an entire through them snd so far have had a great experience. Kitchen has not yet been delivered as there is a delay across the board for cabinetry which we were informed from the start of the project.... looks like late Jan 2022 delivery.

Felix took the time to ask about my painting project and made sure I was purchasing the correct amount so I didnt have to stop my project and run back out to the store in the middle of completing the task. He was kind, professional and genuine.

We came to the Christiana Delaware to purchase a refrigerator. We were assisted by Richard Hall. To say he went above and beyond to help us is an understatement. This store rocks.

ALWAYS HAD THE PRODUCTS THAT I NEEDED AS A HANDYMAN. HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH STAFF ON THE INSTALLATION OF A STORM DOOR BY THEIR CONTRACTOR.

This store is my go-to whenever I need home products. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to assist. I have only had one issue where that was not the case. Perhaps the employee was having a difficult day. All in all, I like shopping here.

I purchased 9 pieces of 1x4x12 cedar lumber and 3 pieces of 1x4x8. We put a lot of thought into choosing this width and length to frame out the 1st 6 sections of our backyard fence, given the increased cost of lumber. In addition we bought 2 snacks and a box of screws. We told the cashier the lumber quantities and he rung it up but the scan didn't work so he did it a 2nd time and we again told him the quantities. In spite of telling him 3 times he rung up 12 pieces of the 12' length. I did not notice the overcharge until I got home a few hours later and the store was closed. I called the store today (next morning) and was informed I would have to bring the receipt to the store to fix the overcharge. I asked for a manager who would have refunded the 3 longer pieces charged in error except that I used a store credit as well as my own credit card to check out. I am disappointed that with all the digital things we can do these days, I cannot simply have a $15.69 credit back to my credit card to make it right. That may not sound like a lot of money but when spending on large purchases and multiple projects it all adds up. I understand cashiers make mistakes, as I worked retail myself years ago, but I feel the store should make it right without me having to drive over there again. I need to work and by the time I have another opportunity to get to that location again several days later who knows if anyone is going to believe me and refund the difference. Its frustrating to say the least. Check your receipts because obviously telling someone the quantity is not sufficient. At least then I could have fixed it without having to make a 2nd trip.

Halifax in kitchen design is the best choice.
