The customer service was horrible and unprofessional from the help desk to the the floor associates all the way up to management. This store called me once I was in store to tell me my items I purchased for my deck were not readily available. Then the store associate was rude and did not want call another location to see if that store had the items I needed to complete my deck purchase, 48 hours of the words can not describe We maybe in an pandemic but it does not cost to be nice and smile........

This store needs basic cleaning washing wiping vacuum and sweeping. Don't know how this store is fighting the Coronavirus from spreading. when it not visible when plan dirt can be seen. Its all a show with the plastic glass at the check outs saying Home Depot is doing there part in not spreading the virus.. I should have taken pictures and gone to the news. Its all lies about cleaning and disinfecting … AS mention in the early comment section about dirty below the credit card reader... I also there wasn't any visual cleaning supplies seen though out the store,,

Ordered a pallet of bricks several days in advance. Went to pick it up expecting to find it palletized with a forklift. Instead, store associates had taken every brick off the pallet and placed in a shopping cart. Customer Service did not offer to help load. Had to load 122 bricks by hand into my truck, exasperating current arthritis. What the heck were you thinking HD? This is why I don't go to HD if I can at all avoid it.

This store (Cherry Hill, NJ) is very convenient because of its location (6-8 mins.drive) near my home. The check out is self service and there is no one checking your purchase (security guard); which gives the impression if the consumer is trust worthy as you leave the store. Unlike in Philadelphia location(Columbus Blvd. or Roosevelt Blvd) where you have a security guard checking your receipt as you exit store.

Purchased Weber grill, made arraignment for assembly and delivery. Grill was delivered in box uassembled.

Rocco, Geoff(The Manager) and Gina went above and beyond. We were looking at renovating a bathroom with a corner shower and they went out of their way to make sure we got the best product and financing for our project. It exceeded our expectations tremendously. It was the best Home Depot experience we've ever had.

The cashier Michele we had was totally awesome and very helpful and pleasant.

one of the best homedepots around always helpful employees, some funny but extremely helpful especially the cashier Michele, an awesome woman , funny helpful, will lift you up on a bad day make sure she helps you

My wife and I have been getting everything ready at our new house before we welcome our first baby home in November. From painting supplies to lawn equipment, Home Depot has been there every step of the way especially being so close to our new home! The customer service provided by the employees is outstanding - they are always willing to help and are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Cherry Hill location. As we continue to build our family and home, I see Home Depot being our #1 location for all of our home improvement needs!
