This was not the first time that an employee has gone above and beyond for me... but this time I got his name.

Marisol was PHENOMONAL! She was extremely attentive to my needs when assisting me with my vehicle rental. She went above and beyond by assisting 2 prior customers before me efficiently and providing me with the welcoming attention I needed. She was very knowledgeable of the procedures and provided detailed instructions for me regarding the process, due to the fact this was my 1st time renting a vehicle. Her kindness made me feel as if she was a relative of mine. Thank you so much Marisol!!!!

Jonathan was great..

I went into the store the other day to get replacement light bulbs. One of the store managers could see I was having a hard time finding what I was looking form so he helped me find the bulbs I needed.

Your home depot location in cherry hill New Jersey seen the be a bit disorganized not the employees. The way the items were situated in the building seemed to be a lot of merchandise in the aisle area. Peoples ability to walk through was obstructed. It possibly could have been because of deliveries or restocking of shells but it did seem very cluttered.

Store #0989 was overall a success my last visit. I frequently shop at this home Depot but the customer service I received from DHANASEKARAN is the reason in doing this survey and leaving a review. I've been shopping at this location for a few years now and my experience with him was above and beyond better than I've experienced ever in that store. He's a benefit to have at your store and should be promoted to a more serious role than cashier. Thank you for your service

I went in to tool rental and the associate Oscar was very polite and helpful.

Gen Z and the Millennials are so rude and disrespectful at this store. Forget about asking for assistance, they are too busy and huddles talking to each other. Customer service Representatives refused to look up and acknowledge you and know that you are standing there and waving and trying to get their attention for assistance.

NYE was a cashier very helpful and knowledgeable with the store. I thought she was a manger she deserves a raise.

Whenever I shop at this store, I know I will leave with exactly what I needed.
