Excellent Store; Amazing workers and great Customer service . I love this store have everything I need in my sweet home and whatever I desire to have in the future. I just need more money to accomplish more needs and keep shopping there.

For folks who have service animals: employees as this store as not trained in the area of service dog etiquette. My father is a disabled veteran who went shopping at Home depot. He was confronted by multiple employees throughout the store, asking to pet his service dog. He wanted to get out of the store as soon as possible because it spiked his anxiety through dealing with a crowded store and not one, but multiple EMPLOYEES asking to pet his working dog. Some even put their hand out and spoke with a high pitch tone. Petting a service animal distracts them from performing the job they train for. Your employees should be trained in service dog etiquette & ADA. Even Target trains their employees in service dog etiquette.

The store was clean. The staff we interacted with were all above average. Our purchases were expedited at the checkout, we are grateful because we aren’t fast people, lol We will be back!

I like this store the customer service personal are always helpful and if they aren't able to help they can get someone else who can help you. Parking is quick and easy and during the beginning of Covid-19 store associates were courteous and understanding..

They helped me find an item I accidentally left behind the night before, then had it waiting for me when I arrived the next morning.

The store customer service was amazing and the cashier Thaliyyah was the one I checkout with that day she was very hardworking friendly and had the most amazing personality that girl has true potential may blessings come her way and her hard work is noticed especially for a pregnant woman.

The associate Thaliyyah and Tania were very helpful and patient with me. They price matched my item to the price at a different Home Depot. They helped assist with locating other inventory at a different Home Depot. They made my shopping at Home Depot much faster and easier. I will definitely be shopping more at the cherry hill Home Depot because of them

If you are looking to do a ktichen remodel, I highly suggest visiting this store and working with Robin. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, was very patient when I had modifications and redesigns to our plan, and made the whole experience so easy. I could not be happier with our purchase of cabinets and countertops from this Home Depot store.

Majority of the employees there are very unwelcoming/unfriendly. I had an employee tell me that if anyone item is not on the shelf, then its not in the back, after I showed him there was a huge quantity of that item.

I will openly admit that I have not had a good experience with my local store (not this one) where I placed my new kitchen cabinet order through. I even questioned why I should ever shop at Home Depot again because it has been so bad. I can give you two reasons why I should, Rocco and Tasha. They went out of their way to help me, calling me back multiple times and making sure to help get me what I needed and resolve an issue that should not have been theirs to resolve. I wish I could give them a higher praise, but to me that means the world.

I would recommend due to my experience with my cashiers Cece and Diane. They were great. Otherwise my experience in store shopping wasn’t.

The customer at other home improvement stores are terrible. They point to where items are located instead of showing where the items are. Every time I visit my local Home Depot the associates always help me thoroughly. I love my shopping experience at my Home Depot stores. I always find everything that I look for.

Every time I have a home improvement to be done. I always use Home Depot. I have all my contractors purchase all my paint and accessories at Home Depot. You stand behind your products and the service is always on point.

Rosalyn our cashier was above and beyond cheerful and kind, we have shopped The Home Depot for years and she has definitely surpassed her co-workers in her customer service skills, please hire more like her.

Customer service was non-existent after they made an error in an online order. It took nearly an hour for them to determine they did not have any of the item in stock despite the website saying there were three in stock both before and after my visit. More than half a dozen Home Depot employees were sitting in the customer service area while I stood there for nearly an hour.

EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN OVERALL SATISFIED.

No one clearly explained to me why I’m paying $81.36 for something that broke a little more than a month after purchase AND that I paid $40 for an extended warranty for. Why even buy an extended warranty? After I told an associate that I had this warranty why wouldn’t they explain the difference?

My wife and I were shopping for appliances. Even though we live closer to the My. Laurel location, this store always has a greater inventory; and that is important when making these purchases. However we had our appliance delivered on the 17th of June, and it is still sitting in the garage as of the 19 with no return calls from home delivery and installation.

Store manager took the time to listen to my reasons for returning a generator for refund and eventually issued the refund, which was much appreciated and shows that the store cares about the customer.

I've become a regular shopper here since COVID-19 since there's not much else to do besides home projects. There's one really helpful gentleman who works here who approached me on a few different visits asking me if I needed assistance with anything, which I did, and which I really appreciated. He was also knowledgable on the subject (electric), which helped me avoid a mistake with buying an incorrect part.

I went to purchase the Ryobi tiller, and the shelf price tag showed $89.00 but when I went to the check out, it scanned at $119.00 I asked for assistance and the cashier came over and made the adjustment with no questions asked - In my opinion, this is what I Customer Service! I have always shopped this store, and will continue to do so!
