Very clean very helpful always love shopping the chardon home depot keep it up

It was the first time we were out of the house since Covid 19 which made the experience very fun. We needed a new refrigerator and saw on line that you were having a sale on Samsung. We ended up buying it there because of the salesperson's helpfulness and the great price. Thanks for all the protection you had available.

Every time I'm in the store Marie goes above and beyond the call of duty. :)

I live about the same distance from your Mentor store and Chardon store. I live in Mentor so try to support the local stores. However I will keep going to the Chardon location always. Jeff who just started working at the store a week ago to the young man who also stepped up to help Jeff find additional item we wanted to purchase. Victoria who rang me out and was so friendly and kind when I could not find my credit card right away. Even your manager was super nice and helpful. Great group of people keep up the work and thank you!

This is our neighborhood store. The staff is always approachable, friendly, and best of all well-trained and knowledgeable.

This store and all your stores I’ve never had an issue. Your employees have always helped. And in this pandemic times felt safe kept minimum the people in the store constantly reminding people to stay 6 feet apart. Good job Home Depot

Initially, we were not happy with the store. We had a company that home depot told us to use to measure for our new stove. We were not convinced that this person knew what he was doing. We waited a week for someone from Home Depot to let us know how much the installation and removal was going to cost. We were told to come into the store to put in our order. We were met with an associate and a manager who were not helpful or apologetic to our needs. In the end, we did get help and we were happy to have Elizabeth as our guide! She was extremely friendly and helpful and made the experience much better!

The store is in a convenient location. If you have to make a return be prepared to bring your lunch or dinner though.

The clerk was very helpful and attempted to help me use my discount for my purchase.

The people who work at Home Depot in Chardon are never too busy to help you. They will take you to the spot you are looking for, carry items, whatever you ask they will try to do.

The associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and engaging.

I love my chardon home depot everyone is educated on the products and usage, and friendly.

Clean and neat I will shop hear again

It is hit or miss if you will get a helpful associate here. The most helpful are in paint and plumbing. Else wise you are better off accepting the fact you will be ignored or treated rudely.

Purchased six (6) gallons of asphalt driveway 2x crack filler. 50% of the jugs were near unusable / congealed. Don't waste your time here.

FIRST: I needed assistance. I approached THREE Store Employees. All ignored me. I asked; “Could you help me please?” One person (reading a newspaper) looked up said nothing! I asked, “Where are broom handles?” he abruptly replied. “Isle 55!” Then went back to his newspaper? SECOND: I intended to us my HOME DEPOT Gift Card. Clerk said, “Systems Down. You gunna’ have to use it on your next visit!” She never said anything of consolation or apology! I was forced to use cash. THIRD: I was with a friend during this visit. When I caught up with me, he told me; “I tried to use my Credit Card at a Self-Checkout. I tried several times, and then went to a regular Check-out lane.” He explained his concern about the Problem at the Self-Checkout to the Cashier. She said, “Oh That Check-out doesn’t work right.” Again, mention no consolation, apology or solution: Like Closing the lane or putting up an ‘Out of Order’ sign! The HOME DEPOT has a bad reputation for appalling customer service. You all know that! Right?

The Chardon Home Depot is one of the Home Depots I like to shop at as the employees are friendly and helpful, not true with all other stores I've been to.

I stopped in to buy a single item. Staff was easily found, and was able to tell me where it was located immediately, and when I went to that location, the item was there, and there were plenty to choose from. Also, the cashier at customer service offered to take me with my item rather than have me walk to the checkout. How nice . . .
