I was so impressed with associates willingness to help me find what i wanted without me wasting my time searching. Everyone was very pleasant The store was very well stocked and organized. Store also was clean and not cluttered.

Home Depot in Chardon is such a great store. I found everyone to be very helpful. The gal (Cheryl ) in the paint Department was exceptional at helping me pick my paint colors! Tom Davis really knows a lot about so many products and was very helpful. I Love shopping at this store.

Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional. Ordered online was convenient pick up. Easy returns when needed.

Employees have always been helpful during my visits to this location. Prices reasonable for the most part. I have bought tools, flooring, major and minor appliances, lumber and garden supplies as well as other things and have had to return only a toilet seat and a shelving set and was given replacements with no problems over the last 10 or more years.

The Chardon store is a great place to shop. The associates are knowledgeable and seem interested in assisting you.

This store is always clean, and stocked very well. Iam always treated, and greeted, by very friendly associates. Even if i have to return something it is no promblem. I always have a good experience shopping at this Home Depot. As my Mom always said,God Bless her, and i quote her, "Once a job is once begun never leave it till its done my the the matter great or small never leave it till its done" I live with that! Thank you.

It's a Home Depot and they generally have the stuff you want in stock. What makes this store greater than your average Home Depot is the employees. Most seem to be local residents and often go above and beyond. Even if this isn't the closest Home Depot to your house it still might be worth the drive.

I have shopped at the Chardon Home depot for years. My family makes fun of me as when they want to know where I am, they always say "Home Depot". I know where everything is located at this store, I know most of the associates and they know me. I walk in with a family member and they are surprised that they know me by name. Associates there are very knowledgeable and are always around to help not like other stores I have been to where you are lucky to find someone or you have to go searching for them. I can't say enough good things about this store and the associates that work there.

THIS STORE IS EASILY ACCESIBLE FOR ME. LIVING IN CHARDON AND NOT HAVING TO TRAVEL TO MENTOR IS A BLESSING. THEY KEEP THE STORE VERY CLEAN AND WITH ALL THE SNOW TEIR DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALKS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN. THE EMPLOYEES ALL SEEM TO HAVE GREAT PERSONALITIES. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT ANYTHING
