Love this place everyone so friendly and professional

Lou in helped me find the 45 gal nipple he went out of his way to get all the pieces for me and even fix the coloring.

On my last visit to the Central Islip location I was very fortunate to be helped by Lou in the plumbing dept. I have never had such a great experience at this store.Lou was the most friendly,helpful knowledgeable person I have ever encountered here. He helped me with my plumbing purchases as well as personally escorted me to locate a lot of other items that I could not find. He did this with friendliness and humor. If you meet Lou he will definitely make your day better.Home Depot is very fortunate to have such a great associate.

Kelly in appliances was ridiculously knowledgeable and friendly. A " I love my job and I'm awesome at it " type of worker.

The store was very organized. There is a wide variety of products for cleaning the home. I was able to find latex free gloves and cleaning mask.

I was immediately asked if I needed help with anything , was directed to locations where my items were to be found. The staff member was very knowledgeable and able to more than sufficiently answer my questions about a product

The employees are extremely friendly,helpful, and truly listen to ideas/out come of overall expectations you may have,which ensures things will turn out perfect when you get home. Numerous times I have the same experience at this store!! Staff in paint department are always on their game!! if you are lucky enough to get Manny and Nastassia you can be sure your color is what you expected!! And if you run by Tiffany any time at check out or for simple questions she is so friendly and helpful that it makes shopping a great experience!! Most of the staff is the same way in this store and that is why this home depot is my first and only stop!! Thanks to everyone for making shopping easy!!

Every one is very helpful and the store is very neat and well supplied

The Employees here are always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable in their areas and are always willing to help. You can always find exactly what you are looking for and if they do not have it in stock, they will order it for you and you can pick it up or have it delivered to your home.

This store has a great staff, they always help me with all the projects I do. Can’t say enough about Ruth. She goes above and beyond to ensure great customer service.

THE CENTRAL ISLIP HOME DEPOT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND PLEASANT PEOPLE TO HELP . JUST WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE HELP IN THE GARDEN CENTER DURING THE SUMMER SEASON TO HELP OLDER PEOPLE LIKE ME PUT THINGS IN MY CAR. WHEN I DO ASK THEY USUALLY GET SOMEONE BUT SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WAIT FIFTEEN OR TWENTY MINUTES TO GET THAT HELP AND WHILE YOU ARE WAITING IT SEEMS LIKE AN HOUR BUT WHEN HELP COMES THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND HELPFUL.

It’s always easy to find what you need and the store is kept stocked and clean and if you need help there is always somebody around to assist you

Raymond in the painting department is awesome. This young man provided us with excellent customer service. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about my paint selections.He remained poised under pressure as the store was closing & he had over 5 customers waiting for paint. As an Veteran Army CPT I know future leaders when I see them & Home Depot you have a future leader in Raymond.

The cashier Tiffany was the most helpful, respectful Home Depot employee I’ve ever encountered at the register have been coming to Home Depot at least 3 times a week all over Long Island for over 10 years

Doing a major renovation is daunting. Home Depot helped make it easier. Knowledgeable staff in the aisles when you need them makes a huge difference. The people at the pro desk make ordering a delivery of large quantities and large items easy. When looking for something specific an employee goes to a computer to find exactly what you want. Very helpful staff and they know their stuff.

Have been wanting to comment on a specific woman employee, Nakoll. Several weeks ago while shopping I had a gallbladder attack. The most painful pain you could ever imagine. Nakoll obviously seen me in distress & came to help. Offered to call an ambulance, get me water etc. Nakoll was extremely concerned & helpful. The gallbladder attack passed and although week I was able to get on my way, no further assistance was needed. Now back on my feet I return to this HD 2-3X’s a week always looking for my “Angel” Nakoll juts to say hello & remind her how much I appreciate her help. With all my visits most times I see Nakoll assisting other customers. Nakoll is a valuable employee & a good human being.
