Huge mess in every aisle. Nearly impossible to get to lumber or the supplies I need.

I came in today to pick up a squirrel baffle for my birdfeeder and Cheryl helped me with that and was so pleasant from there I went on to see Javier to get a ring cam because my Home Depot flowers are so beautiful people are stealing them we had a good laugh over that! Such a pleasant experience we need more smiling in this world and that’s what they both gave me were big smiles!

Stephen make me feel that customers still matter to HD.

Items don’t scan and employees expect the customer to do the leg work to rectify the issue.

Unfortunately, it’s uncommon, but there are so still some genuine people out there who doesn’t mind taking the time to help somebody else the girl who help me was very helpful and friendly

The people working at the registers and self checkout are the best i have experienced in many shopping excursions to all types of stores

Kalissa at Customer Service honestly so sweet and know what she doing. People like that with patience, kindness and helpfulness make shopping so easy, especially as a woman shopping in a hardware spot.

I really love this company and I really value its management. They are very understanding, caring people they are beyond fair and nice and actually Have care & Concern For all their employees. As well as most of the associates who work there, too. This makes working there so much more worth it I have and would Continue to recommend this job/career to anybody and everybody.

Don’t trust what the website or app show as in store quantities. Inventories are very poorly managed and despite a dozen or more items supposedly at the store they are no where to be found.

Best Home Depot I have ever went too! The staff is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to take care of your needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with shanese and she went out of their way to deliver a quality shopping experience that i just cannot stop talking about. Each employee at this location was so friendly and helpful that it has made me a lifelong customer of Home Depot. I will go out of my way to deal with the employees at this store again. She help me my pro acct aswell and we didn’t feel rush . Thank you Shanese

Rude employees at self checkout. On their phones not helping when needed. The store manager should be replaced as this store is a disaster. I will never be back.

Great customer service at HD CI. Always customer focused. Graet team and mangement here. For all my big projects I drive to this location, in spite of others being much closer. All Depot location should be this good. Most aren't sadly.

The manager is so focused on closing the mitt the clock strikes 10 but he could care less about helping customers or making sure they get what they need. The bully to everyone around him you can see how the cashiers are scared of them are. What a terrible representation for Home Depot
