I have been pleasantly surprised at how helpful the employees are at this store. They all go the extra mile and it is greatly appreciated. My husband and I are renovating and older home and it has been rough finding materials and professionals to help with this project. Everyone at this store have been extra helpful taking a lot of stress off our stressful project. THANK YOU CEDARTOWN!

Friendly and helpful associates throughout the store. I enjoy shopping here more than any other home depot near me. I never have to ask for help loading because there is someone willing to jump in.

Best home improvement store for friendly people and best costumer service

Had a bit of a issue as the employee that orders garage doors called in ill. However the store manager did step in and assist us with the order and was able to make the purchase.

This Home Depot is kept very clean and organized. The customer service is great. I got there 5 mins before closing the other night and several people had to wait on me to get a bath insert and they are all happy to help with smiles on their face even though I kept them all late!

I visited this store yesterday afternoon and this was my very first visit to this Home Depot. The floor sales associate's customer service was remarkable. He went way beyond what I was expecting when I was shopping for a push mower. I was VERY pleased with his customer service. I was looking for a particular mower but it was out of stock. I did see a second mower that I was interested in buying but that also was out of stock. However, there was the display mower available in which he said that they would sell me. I asked him if the handle could be removed so that it would fit in my car. He took the mower off the shelf and separated the handle so that it was placed around the top of the mower. He even gave me a few tips on putting it back together once I got it home. The store was very busy and I only saw one cashier line available. He took me to a self check-out register in which he was able to check me out. He then took my mower out to my car and placed it in the trunk of my car.....no problem! I was quite happy and thanked him. The only thing that I'm disappointed about is that I neglected to get his name so that he could be recognized and properly rewarded. I hope that a store manager reads this review and finds that employee and reward him accordingly. My first visit to this store was certainly a pleasant one. Thank you. : )

I would only recommend the store because it is closest to where I live, but I think all stores should be equipped and have the merchandise whether quantity or color and it be the same as all home depots
