When I walk in the door I'm greeted by Leslie who is just sweet and kind and wonderful. Then I move on to the back and get lots of help from THAYLON and one more lady I forgot her name bc I'm older but she helped me order my appliance. Then I went to plumbing to figure out how to pipe a sink and Miss Sherry got on her kneees and we both laid out the piping just perfectly and she explained to me what I needed to do. Even with the hardware to do it with. When I checked out there were smiling faces and kindness indeed. It was a true pleasure compared to larger stores in larger areas that are hard to get help.

Due to drop in temperatures the store sold out of space heaters. Tina, in the appliance department gave up her desk heater so that I could purchase it.

Our experience was amazing Christa Halsey took care of my problems quickly and was such a pleasure to have the interaction with someone so kind

From the very moment I walked in everybody was very friendly. I’m so glad I have a Home Depot near me that cares for their customers.

Jason and several others tried to find the item in stock as was shown online, but could not locate, but assisted in finding a combo kit similar to what I wanted and spent 15 maybe 20 minutes with me to get the tools I needed.

I love shopping at Home Depot I usually end up buying more that I went for generally because they have such cool discounts on items that I know I will need in future save s me.money in long run

I am an elderly recently widowed woman who had the misfortune of a leak under the sink of my kitchen that had gone undiscovered until such time that the kitchen floor and lower cabinets had to be completely restored. Home Depot employees did everything I needed to see that this was accomplished, and always to my satisfaction. I regard them as my close friends who never failed me during those times of considerable stress in my life.

These guys went WAY above and beyond to help me get lumber I needed, helped get my multiple carts to cashier, these guys grabbed my lumber and loaded and stacked my truck like engineers. Good people like Z & Thomas need to be recognized for their ethics and respect for the customer, not to mention their outstanding quality of service !! Thanks guys !

Sherry in plumbing is the best. She's such a hard worker and she really knows her product we will always be back to home Depot because of her.

Angie helped us with ordering a garage door. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She didn’t over sell to us and was very honest. She answered any questions we had and would highly recommend working with her for garage doors and her other specialties!

I have been in and out of this store many times in the last month and everyone is always so happy to help they don’t hide and actually are interested in your project and getting everything you need to complete it

Nick was so helpful finding all the screws nails and lumber we needed for the project was polite when another showed up and was picking up other half of their order and then helped up load everything without hesitation so helpful

I consistently find employees at this store very friendly and helpful. Some of the women in particular -- Angie, and I think the Customer Service manager, I think her name is Tammy -- are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra step to ensure satisfaction.

My wife and I went to the Cedartown, Georgia Home Depot to select and purchase a large quantity of garden soil. The Garden Center was tidy and prices clearly marked and our questions were quickly answered by Rodney and when we made our purchase of 125 bags of soil, he and his team hand loaded all the bags, (three trips worth). On every trip the employees were friendly, prompt, and took great care to handle the bags without damage. Great communications, teamwork, and a I could tell the workers enjoyed and respected one another. Just a great shopping experience!!

My wife and I are fairly new to the Cedartown Ga area. Only moved here 3 months ago and purchased a home that was in need of loving attention. We are so thankful to the employees at Home Depot coming to the rescue on many items we have purchased in the store as well as online through your specialty products sights. We have ordered a new Master Bedroom Closet make over as well as new laundry room cabinets. Oh not to mention many gallons of paint and we can always be assured that the color match is spot on. the cedartown location has the best employees I have ever met so friendly, smart and know their job. good days or bad days they are always there to assist you and help you out with whatever you may need. The lumber department has the best all aound need them go see them you will not be disappointed. Go see Racquel at the lumber desk and ask for Fernando for your wood cutting they rock that place.

Carrollton GA's Home Depot employees need to be trained in Cedartown. I am happy to drive the extra miles to shop there.

I am in the store several times each week. I feel welcomed and I see the manager Tim being involved with the customers and encouraging his staff to answer customers' questions on their own, Taking ownership for decisions that they are knowledgeable about.

I was in the market for a new zero turn mower. I went to the store but couldn’t find the mower I went looking for. The sales specialist that helped me answered my questions about a reconditioned mower. He could have said he wouldn’t recommend it for purchase so he could have sold me a higher priced mower, but he was up front and said he’d buy a reconditioned mower.

I received all the help I needed from Sherry who was very knowledgeable about the product and Lindsay who took the time to explain the card information.
