The best and most helpful employees

In my experience, the employees are smart, courteous and helpful. They are willing to help you "figure it out" if you just don't understand how to accomplish the project your working on. The store is clean and in order. I shop here all the time and do my friends and family.

Savanha in Millworks is a rockstar. She helped me order a patio door and windows. She was soo extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She make the entire ordering experience go super smooth. She deserves a pay raise.

I really like this location of The Home Depot. It's very close to my home, I buy all my home improvement supplies there and has a great gardening supply area. Most importantly, all of The Home Depot employees/representatives are friendly and attentive to customers questions and are eager to assist us upon asking. Great safety measures too!

Manzanita store in Carmichael CA ... on Saturday November 14th the store was overcrowded, staff was not available to offer customer assistance, it was out of advised products and the store was very disorganized. Customers inside the store were removing or lowering masks, the store felt very unsafe. We were offered a $50 credit if we opened a Home Depot account, but receipt reflects the cashier lied and the credit was only $25

riley and kaye were fantastic they went out of there way to make my purchase strealined when other were unable to help me.

The employees at this location are very nice and helpful. I really appreciated the direction I was given and felt like I was given their full attention. The store had everything I wanted and I will definitely shop there again and recommend it to my friends.

Great service there. Twice I went there and I was in and out within 10 minute or less and I got what I came for inside the store. I didn't even have to wait in line. The staffs were very friendly and super helpful. Usually I just walked out if there's no one there in the department to get help with and limit my shopping there in the near future and take my business somewhere else.

I only gave it four stars because of the parking situation. there are always a lot of work vans and pickups in the parking lot and the narrow parking spaces make it difficult to get out of my car at times. I wish the parking spaces were wider. other than that, the staff is always helpful and I almost always find what I need.

This store is a big mess. The aisles are blocked with carts of department trash, boxes, flimsy displays. Poorly stocked shelves, merchandise in wrong spots, mixed together and thrown on selves in broken boxes,no pricing. No one asks you if you need help, but employees seem to have plenty of time to talk among themselves. You’d think with such a filthy store, they’d have work to do. The moral here must be awful and the management worse. Yikes!

This is not only my local store, but its is my favorite store. Easy to get in and out. Not too big and not too small, so I love it because of the it is easy to navigate, Staff is friendly and professional.

Would like to see more sales or discount aimed at benefiting seniors. Your military discount is greatly appreciated as well.

Adorn at the customer service counter was outstanding. Friendly and very helpful after asking for help from others and not getting any. She went above and beyond!

Clean store-had hand sanitizer at the doors and everyone was wearing masks. I felt very safe during my shopping experience. The store employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions which helped me make my buying decisions. There was plenty of inventory for me to choose from. Very satisfied!

I'll make this simple and to the point. If you want to make your hardware shopping easy and get it done in one store, Carmichael Home Depot is the store you are looking for!!

Though it is much like nearly all Home Depots, the layout is more horizontal or east to west, rather than vertical running north to south. There is an intelligence to the organization of the items based on the season. It is as popular as any Home Depot, and during Covid-19 they have managed the numbers of people entering and most if not all people/ workers/ and customers were wearing face masks. That makes me feel very safe. That is not true for some other retailers. I will definitely purchase more items because of the management of the space right now.

Terrible service, returns line was almost to the back of the store. Lots of employee focusing on each other and not the customer. Nothing new for this location.

The vast majority’s of employees at store # 650 in Carmichael California are much more knowledgeable than other Home Depot‘s. The majority of the employees or 15 years plus, quite a few being over 20 years. They continue to learn, on their own, from customers, and help the customers To the best of their ability

The Carmichael Store, located at 6001 Madison Avenue is well managed and appears to have everything I have always needed. I do a lot of handyman work and my customers expects fair prices when I need to rebuild a wall, repair a sink drain or kitchen stove. I know that I can get good prices at the Home Depot and availability of what I need to complete a job is immediate. I don't think there is a needs for other hardwares stores in Sacramento.
