The customer service at this store is nothing short of AMAZING!

Good location with consistently friendly friendly employees. I've shopped at this store many times over the years. While it's layout is a little odd compared to other Home depot locations in the area, the availability of items and the customer service rarely ever has left a disappointment.

Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and wall organized. There is plenty of products on the shelves. My emotional support dog was a loud in the store.

Dirty, disorganized store. Sales people who have absolutely no interest in their jobs. No hellos EVER, no help offered EVER. Employees have zero interest in solving problems and just give you a look like”it ain’t my problem”. Cashiers have no ability or else desire to solve checkout issues. PATHETIC!

Because Riley helped quickly and with everything i needed and Marichris was very knowledgeable and checked me out efficiently. KJ had a Spirit of care and love that was extraordinary. I felt at home at this home depot. Riley drove the fork lift like second nature and helped me get the best price on the block. Give all three a $5 raise!!!!!

I generally despise shopping at this store. The parking lot is always crowded, mainly because of inventory being displayed or stored in the parking lot.

The store sucks even by Home Depot standards. The aisles are disorganized, the employees suck even by Home Depot standards. Pay a little more or drive a little further and go to somewhere that’s better.

Home Depot is a good store, they have made mistakes and sometimes they were out of stock on some things I needed. I still go to the store because they try to be perfect. If you have any problem, they will listen to you and try to fix it somehow, if possible. I will go to that store to keep them inline & I will keep fixing my stuff and most all upgrades I do.

Some great help from employees when called upon. Some lumber materials not always available, but this may be due to the vast amount of work being done on home improvements at this time. This store has propane, but not always available, as only one person seems to have a key.

This HD is the friendliest and very helpful than any I have been to!!!!!!! Should be an example for all your stores!!! A very very thank you for your service!!!

This Home Depot store is the only one that I shop at, I have always had good customer service here, the staff is very helpful and always ready to help you find the things that you are looking for, I highly recommend this Home Depot for all the things that you need.

This Home Depot location is perfect. It is on a busy road. And, it's generally a safe area. There is always an employee available to help, if needed. The employees are good at their jobs, even the older employees. The store is neat and clean. I like being met by a greeter. Greeters make me feel appreciated. The associates are pleasant, too. It would be great if all businesses followed the example of The Home Depot policies.

I was approached by a kind gentleman, named "Jeremie", who took the time to address my needs of finding a set of ratchet cargo tie-downs to secure our gym equipment in the back of our truck. Time was of the essence, as I needed to get to Yuba City from Carmichael, within the hour. Jeremie was sincere, timely, and had confident knowledge of the merchandise carried by Home Depot. "THANK YOU, Jeremie", from this Apex Training strength coach. You're the best!

Home Depot is our favorite go to home improvement store for a variety of reasons. Home Depot employees are always available to help us find our product, which 99% of the time is in stock and if not, easy to order at a Home Depot near by. Our Carmichael store was always clean but especially now with COVID, employees are wiping down counter tops, cleaning the parking lots, and providing hand sanitizer to customers. Most of all, Home Depot employs hard working, friendly, and extra kind people to help customers. Thank you again, Home Depot. Your store is even fun to go to on date night!

I waited a long time for assistance and even then, I couldn't get what I came for. Then a thoughtful customer asked me if he could help me and he directed me to where I needed to be and followed up to make sure I was in the right area. Without him, I would have just left, after spending a half an hour trying to get my merchandise.

Great and friendly staff. Autumn, Far, and Victoria helped me find the things I need. Definitely coming here again

We have needed help so many times with bags of cement, blocks, and organic dirt to be loaded, a large quantity into our truck and without fail an employee also helps us out with the large task!
