Yesterday I shopped at HD Carmel Mtn, the cashier said she could not give me the discount because I have to sign up online and be verified. I did, and got a QR code. This morning, I shoppe again and had the code scanned, but still didn’t get the discount.

Sharon Davis at the Pro Desk was just great. Patient and knowledgeable and very caring. Thomas in the electrical dept knew his stuff and was very helpful

Sam and Maddy from the Carmel Mountain Ranch Home Depot went above and beyond to help our community with graffiti removal. I called Sam and she offered to pay for some of our supplies. It's nice to know The Home Depot is a proactive part of our community. Thank you!

WThe Carmel Mt Home Depot continues to amaze with just how BAD their product availability, rude and disrespectful clerks, and terrifically BAD MANAGEMENT can get. EVERY aspect of my shopping experience today was BAD BAD BAD! Didn't carry the product (Gopher traps, hand cleaner, etc) had plants, excess stock, carts full of trash so incumbering the aisles you couldn't navigate the aisles or get to the shelves. as told as of

I visited the Carmel Mountain Ranch store today to purchase an outdoor grill, which I did. Ahmad was extremely helpful, both with his courtesy and knowledge about the different brands of grills and their features.

Greeted and proactively helped throughout the process. Friendly and competent professionals throughout the store. I felt special and valued.

Awesome customer service. The electricity guy who helped me, kindly walked me through what I should do based on my situation and he really took time to make sure that I have all the parts.

Me and my twin brother were in today and we had a problem. At the cashier area we were helped by Anna. She went well beyond what would be expected and sorted us out and also solved our problem like a pro. And all with a smile under her mask! Thanks Anna, your patience and humor put a smile our faces! Out of the several Home Depots I frequent on a fairly regular basis, the Carmel Mountain Pro Desk really makes an effort to provide excellent service and are to be commended! Friendly, caring, and professional I wish they were closer to the area we regularly work, so I could go there more often! Everyone I ran into in the store was attentive and seemed happy. What a blessing!

The branch due to space can not carry all kind of products which other branches carry !

Good store, but lack of inventory

This is my “Home” of a Home Depot store. The people who work there are so kind and as I found out with a plumbing problem, really capable and so helpful. We so appreciate that because anything in the area of plumbing makes us really nervous!

This is the BEST Home Depot ever! The team associates are AWESOME! There is always someone close or walking around that can help you if you have questions or concerns. Especially being a female in a home improvement store can be daunting, but there are quite a few women working there that can put you at ease. Even having a simple key made can be easily done with a smile. Kelly was particularly gracious and interested in my needs. That was a great feeling in such a large store.
