Me and Meme think Candis is adorable. She tried hard to get us to get a Home Depot Credit Card to save money but me and Meme are way too old. She was fun because I was wearing my Charger NFL hat and she isn't a Charger fan. She makes suggestions to enhance our purchase but we have enough of everything. Me and Meme are Navy Veterans and her family is all Air Force, bless them too. She is charming.

My hubby said it was a good day to shop Home Depot. Paint department employees were very busy but still took their time and answered a lot of questions. Self Check out employee was very friendly and helpful when my husband needed to enter his military ID, she thanked him for his service and that means a lot to him. She also told him about the survey. He was thanked for shopping Home Depot. That doesn't always happen Excellent customer service

I have had the pleasure of Manny assisting me the past few times I've gone to purchase something. He takes the time to help and is very customer focused. He talks about providing great service and delivers on it!

My water heater broke and needed to be replaced, it was under warranty. Bev helped me right away and explained everything to me. She made me feel like a customer very cheerful. Need more employees like Bev. Thanks again Bev for all your help

Feels like shopping at a garage sale. You have to move pop-up displays in the isles to try to find the items you want. Everything has been moved to crazy locations. Example: Eye hooks are located next to the water heaters. The rest of the items in the store are organized just as badly. Good luck finding anything ... you're going to need it.

Workers were friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful in addressing my needs quickly. Highly recommend checking out with or asking questions to Makayla. She is an outstandingly friendly and approachable person!

They had the dishwasher I wanted

I just purchased 3 appliances to update my kitchen... We are also, having Home Depot replace our kitchen countertops with a new quartz top... Looking forward to having it installed in a few weeks, and having the new appliances arrive and get installed too! The Appliance Specialist at the Carmel Mtn Home Depot was great! He was totally informed us on how the whole installation and delivery process of our 3 new appliances will come together... Looking forward to having my whole kitchen look brand new! Went to Carmel Mtn Home Depot this morning and found chaos. The aisle that previously had toilet repair parts now has hardware PPE, but the signs haven't changed. Toilets now are in the aisle with sprinklers and float valves are cleverly hidden two aisles over. My time was wasted with hide and seek.

Obviously, I inquired about the price with the staff before purchasing, and they said the key was about $3 because it was on promotion. When I actually calculated it, it was the regular price. I asked the employee again, but it was different from what the employee said the first time. The reason I chose the fancy design key was because I was told that it was the same price as a regular key.

Jim in the plumbing dept. gave me above and beyond excellent service

Go to JOHN in Plumbing for any Plumbing issues he will figure it for you! John figured out that the parts were wrong inside the bag and was savvy to configurate a deferent way of putting my plumbing issues to work. Really Appreciate his talent.

James Martini delivered outstanding service in resolving ordering issues I encountered in my purchase of a Mestec Security Screen Door. He was so professional, very friendly and answered all my questions. Dennis in Millworks was also very helpful in doing whatever he could do for me even when the computer system was down for awhile one afternoon. Excellent employees!

Water all over the garden department/garden hoses blocking your ability to move your cart freely. Checking out is a challenge.... do you rush to the open cashier/do you wait back 6-8feet while others rush to the open cashier.... no display as to the policy is today!

In a time of supply chain issues, this store doesn’t seem to have any problems.
