My apologies, I was at depot in Pa that was not 100%. Cape may was wonderful, very helpful n did have assistance outside PA does not. Everyone was very helpful, extra curtious, they made frustrating situation very pleasant.

Employees need to adhere to the current mandates regarding operation during the covid pandemic AND WEAR THEIR FACE MASKS CORRECTLY. Having your nose hanging out defeats the whole reason for wearing the mask. Management should be making sure that employees understand the importance of WEARING THEIR MASKS CORRECTLY. When an employee leans into my space at the register with her nose hanging out she is endangering my health. I don’t care if you agree with the mask mandate or not. Get with the program and do what you are supposed to be doing.

Jack in the Garden Department provided me with the best customer service ever! From a social distance he helped me to find exactly what I wanted and then I was able to arrange a curbside pick up! :)

I don't shop often at Home Depot but after recent experience there I surely will go more often. Salespeople and cashier were so nice and helpful I left feeling quite satisfied. Staff also seemed very knowledgeable.

I am so glad to come shop at the location of Home Depot! It’s always stocked and clean. The store employees are down to earth friendly and share and chat. Good place to find blinds and cleaning supplies. The tools are good and returns are never a hassle. I had a key made and it was perfect. Thanks Home Depot, a place to get what I need!

Great place to shop where everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. The employees will go above and beyond in finding exactly what you want and how you can obtain it the quickest and easiest way possible. Store is always clean and well stocked. Always a fun shopping experience for me.

Recently visited the store to select new flooring. Flooring Specialist in the store was extremely courteous, knowledgable, and patient. He took the time to explain all the flooring options to me (including advantages, disadvantages, cost, etc.) in a way that made me feel confident in the flooring I decided to purchase. All I had to worry about was color!

Clean store and the staff is always friendly.

The store is in a very centralized, convenient and easy to access location. I come here all the time for home modifications. I am always met with very pleasant people who genuinely want to help assist you in your projects. Even if the store does not have specifically what I am looking for, at least the employees do their best in making suggestions and recommendations as to where to go or next or offer alternative solutions. It is always nice to feel welcomed in a store where you feel valued as a customer. No one ever wants to feel like you are being a pester or bothering them for asking for their help. At Home Depot, I feel welcome there.
