I sometimes find myself in need of something I normally can not find in other improvement stores and this store tends to have it.

Can't find an associate when you need one, rude when you do find one.

Purchase some storm doors and the selection was great for every size. Some stores have boxes that are torn open and are missing pieces. Every box here was brand new.

We purchased a new kitchen floor. So many options to choose from. Store reps were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a beautiful waterproof vinyl tek floor.

Sher was very helpful with helping me order countertops. She explained the entire process and made sure that I understood everything. I also did not realize that an appointment was needed for the consultation, but she was happy to accommodate me.

The younger, blonde woman in the kitchen department is extremely rude and not helpful at all. It was clear I was bothering her by trying to purchase Kitchen cabinets.
