Can I rent a flatbed truck?

Can I rent a truck for a few hours?
Rent a moving van or truck for as long as you need it. For short trips, 75 minutes might be plenty. Otherwise, consider renting it by the day or the week, depending on the length of your project. Be sure to factor in the drive between the store and the job site, as you'll need to bring it back to the same store you rented it from. Penske moving truck rentals allow one-way rentals as well as round-trip options, and they have different terms. Be sure to read the terms and conditions before you select a van.
Do I need to refill the rental truck with gas?
Yes, please fill up the truck before you return it. Note the original fuel level when you receive the truck, and fill it with enough gas to match that same level. When you don't refill the vehicle, you'll have to pay a penalty known as the fuel replacement charge.
Can I rent a truck with only a driver's license?
No, you must hold a valid driver's license and be 21 or older. Depending on your state, you may require car insurance, as well as a deposit or credit card hold, too. Please bring your credit card for Home Depot truck rentals, as we don't accept cash. Penske moving truck rentals have different requirements, so read those if you plan to rent a Penske truck.
