Amazing customer service!

I needed help in selecting right products for columns on front of house that needed painting. Clerk was very helpful. I find staff at this store are available and helpful. While I am just a home owner, they are always helpful and listen to my needs. I like this store, because they cater to building trades and so their selection is good.

The Canton store is clean, well stocked and has the best staff of any the home improvement stores in my surrounding areas, the staff is always friendly and nice and extremely helpful. I have done a ton of home improvements in the 35 plus years living in Canton and Home Depot has always had the items needed to complete my projects

This is my hometown Home Depot, and is my go-to place for replacement and repair needs for my parents' home whenever I am in town. The staff is friendly and helpful, the items well-stocked and easy to locate, and the store clean and easy accessible.

Sent a handyman to purchase materials with a clerk calling for the credit card information and when we asked if we could use the credit card holders DISABLED VETERANS military identification we were told that the disabled veteran had to be present with the handyman to get the discount. I offered to send a copy of the id to the handyman’s phone and the clerk once again said the military person must be present and I said I want to make it clear that this is a disabled veteran and she said yes I do understand that but this is Home Depot policy that the veteran must be present. So you can take a credit card over the phone from a stranger trusting this handyman but for a discount you have to bring the DISABLED VETERAN into the store. Hmmmmm what’s wrong with this picture?

Excellent help

I was looking to purchase six appliances. The store was clean and well organized. I quickly found what I wanted, ordered it, and paid for it in record time. The customer service was phenomenal.

Great experience dealing the the employees at this location, very friendly and helpful with my project.

Everything was fine with this store as cleanliness, helpful employees and the store had what I needed. As I checked out, the store was apparently having problems with the POS system for debit cards. I had to run my card three times and entered the pin three times. Each time the card reader would say declined. The fourth time instead of running as debit I hit the credit button and it was approved. Later on that day (4/10/2019) I checked my bank account and sure enough my card was charged 4 times. I went back into the store to fix Home Depots mistake where I was told there was nothing they can do about it! Once again everyone was friendly but as far as I'm concerned I was robbed by Home Depot, and for them to be able not to do anything about it is despicable.

Try the Michigan Ave store. They might show concern for customers.
