Home Depot is our got to Home Improvement store. The staff is friendly, helpful, up beat, appear sincere.

Wow, their "sweepstake" is crap. I take the time to fill out the sweepstake survey and the rules state that the sweepstake is OVER !! My receipt is dated May 4th and at the end of the survey you click on "rules" and the sweepstake survey ended on MAY 2nd !!! Not a big deal but I really DO NOT like Home Depot wasting my time ! Last time I trust Home depot with a "survey" or a "rebate" !

Madi in lumber is a fantastic asset to this store! I had purchased a piece of board that needed several cuts in it and Madi was friendly, efficient, and patient. I will continue shopping at this store based on her attributes, attitude, and helpfulness. What a great employee you have!!!!

I don't write many reviews but I am compelled to let people know this HD location is far better than most! I had a horrific experience in trying to receive a patio set I bought online. The order NEVER would ship. Struck in "processing" for over a month. I called online customer service everyday to get answers and updates and all I received was the run around from the online customer service call center. This set was hard to get because it was out of stock at all the stores. I noticed Canton HS had the set in stock and I called and spoke to Pam in customer service. I am so grateful for her assistance. She quickly handled my issues and coordinated the necessary approvals with the store manager. She understood how frustrated I was and did everything to make things right. I will not shop in store at any other HD besides this one. I do not live in the Canton area but I will drive because they value customers and the customer service is excellent. Thank You!

Justin from the electrical department helped me with all of my needs by ensuring that he answered all my questions and stayed with me until I got everything that was on my to-do list. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He made the best use of my time in the store and I am very appreciative. Thank you Justin for all your time and most of all, your patience. Please hire more people like Justin from the Electrical Department! Home Depot is very lucky to have an employee like him representing their team!

Very friendly staff and they always help you out when needed.

The employees never get items out of the high bay for you to purchase. Store might have it in stock but the employees say oh I’ll call someone. Wait 30 min for everyone to ignore you. There is space to pull the stock lower you just haven’t rotated it down.

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly. Things are easy to find and the things I am looking for are usually available. It's a pleasure to shop at this store.

Excellent customer service in all departments!! Clean/tidy inside & out, great location. Alex is a great friendly cashier that treats customers with dignity & respect no matter the size of the purchase & the management is equally amazing as were all the staff.

Was pleasantly surprised at how many employees were on duty. Could have just been my lucky day. Don't really know. Associates that I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

No one was working in Millworks. I went and found someone who called to get us help get a door down. I went back to the door isle (as instructed for a John) and wait for a bit when a guy (John) walks down with a cart and we ask if he is in the department and he tells us "Find someone in Millworks I don't work in the department" as he walks past as we ask him to call someone in Millworks if it is something that he can not do. I understand that not everyone is trained on machines and he might not have known that we needed a door down from the overhead. He refuses because he is too busy. Thankfully John L comes shortly after willing to help us with the door that was not stocked on the floor or we could have gotten it ourselves.

I had to come to this store because the South Canton store was out of stock, this is not the first time this has happened

I needed 4 sheets of drywall. I had cart waiting and saw an older gentleman walking past the aisle. I called out "excuse me sir", but he kept walking. I rounded the corner and he turned and said "yeah?". Asked if I could borrow him for a second and he pointed at another gentleman operating a large saw. "You want this guy" he said and kept walking. I waited for the other employee, and saw the first guy help someone else load plywood on his way to tool rental. I think he blew me off because of my Black Lives Matter mask. Why else would he help someone else? The guy at the saw was friendly and helpful, and so was my cashier, but the other employee really made the shopping trip unpleasant.

This store is always clean. The associates are always willing to assist you. They can be busy with a customer, but when they say they will be right back, they will come back as promised or make sure that one of their team members assist you right away. Customer service is excellent. You get fast and friendly service all the time.

Very clean store, very friendly staff. we found everything we wanted in stock. Our cashier Andie was very efficient and helpful. She even saved us some money offering a credit special that I qualified for.

Kudos to Marcus at the Service Desk on understanding the value of actual customer service. He was helpful, calm and courteous during our visit to resolve a price issue. After visiting another HD store earlier and being denied a fix to our problem, we returned to Canton (which is where we made the original purchase) and Marcus was willing to work a solution that was amicable to us. He definitely saved a customer relationship and ensured that we will continue to spend at the Canton store.

Great friendly employees that led me to the product I was planning to purchase. Polite, courteous, and a pleasure to visit with along my way through the store.
