My husband and I have shopped here since 2011. We have asked and received help for many projects as we were redoing the whole house. It was quite the undertaking!!! Every employee has been both helpful and knowledgeable. My husband loves the salesperson who is smart enough to say, "I don't know, but I will find someone who does." We love shopping here and have learned so much, but most importantly, my husband enjoys the greeting, "Hey Jim, what are you up to now?" Thank you for all your very dedicated employees, many of whom we call friends. Jim & Cathie

The store was out of self leveling concrete caulking. However, the northville store on 5 and beck had unlimited supplies. Tons of this caulk. You guys could have called them for an inner store transfer so I didn't have to drive 20 miles to get the product.

I live in Colorado and getting emails from this store about purchases I did not made. Have been trying to resolve the problem, but so far no luck.

Nicole asked me about my project and realized that I was going to purchase the wrong tile cutter. She found the one I needed and told me where to find it. She saved me a lot of time and frustration. Thanks, Nicole!

Horrible experience. I ordered 100 pavers to be delivered. I recieved and email that stated that only 75 would be delivered and I needed to pick up 25. Long story short, you took $80 for a delivery charge and wanted to drop of 75% of my order. Now I have to wait a week to get my $300 back. Not satisfied, customer service didn't care. I WILL NEVER SHOP there again. Check your emails, they pushed the delivery date back as well. What if I didn't check my email. I would have be angry if only some of my order would have delivered!

Never have any problems at the Canton, Michigan store. If you need help...you get it. Everyone is friendly. Store is clean and stocked. Rarely out of an item. Would send someone to this Home Depot.

The store employee searched my property without permission before I left the store. Don't go to this store unless you like being treated like a thug and a thief!

The cashier, Elza was great. She told me about going online to find the product I was inquiring about and also said that if I wanted to she could order it for me right then. I didn’t order right then but plan to in a week. Thanks for great customer service.

Help desk employee was very rude and frustrated with her co-workers. I had to wait 25+ mins for my pickup order to be handed to me.

This is a great store to shop at and its very clean. The cashier Christopher go out his way to help all customers and he provide exceptional customer service

Canton store on Ford rd. Is the best around. Pro desk people are the best. And it helps it’s still set up like the old style pro desks new set up sucks!

Store itself is clean with friendly staff. I purchased a fairly expensive item online and when i got it home, it was obvious that it had been assembled before. Nothing was in baggies, all the protective wrap was off it and at the bottom of the box, damage to the finish in several locations, and unique & important hardware components missing all together. I called and they were more than happy to swap it our for a new one. When i did, it was apparent to me that the first 1 i picked up had been retaped, restrapped, and put back out with the new stock w/out anyone really looking it over. The time i spent on the phone, going back and forth for the return, as well as having to assemble a 2nd item, could have been better spent working on my project.

Very friendly staff and always has what I'm looking for I can go in and get it and Shop without being bothered and when I do need help I can ask for it and I received friendly help immediately. Especially that Crystal Kincer woman, she's a extremely hardworker, always with a smile.

Easy to navigate the various store departments. We bought fabulous lamp shades on way to flooring department..lol! The flooring department to update our kitchen and laundry room floors was our goal in this visit. Our flooring expert...Tamekia....was pleasant, patient and informative with our questions and comparisons on various flooring products. Our home will be updated and refreshed with our selected flooring soon!

Found the products easily which I was looking for! I was able to get assistance when I needed in the store The store was clean and organized. Store associates were friendly and helpful Display of Products for Black Friday and gift items for holidays were well organized, did not had to go for searching

The staff is very cooperative and the area is neat and clean. The prices of the products are reasonable. Usually the products related to construction are always at Home Depot.
