Very nice to see happy employees when I'm shopping. People still ask if I need help even when they see me there often. The flooring department is excellent at that and so is Building and lumber. Very clean store and bathrooms. I especially want to thank Kat for her quick cashier work and upbeat attitude. Thanks for the help and see you all later!

This store location is close to my house and always has what I need. On my last visit, I was able to get a gallon of paint mixed, with no waiting, even at mid day.

This store is clean, and has a great customer service. There is also a variety of products to fit your everyday need whether you are shopping for business or home improvement.

Though this is not the largest Home Depot within 10 miles of my home, the employees of this particular store always attempt to be very helpful, and I have found are usually more knowledgable here than at the stores with more square footage.

I love this store. Everything from the way it's laid out to it's employees who are knowledgeable and helpful. An employee in the garden department lifted bags of mulch into my trunk this morning, and then went to the back and got me a couple additional bags. I'm a small woman and I don't think I could have done it without him. And he wouldn't accept a tip! Thank you, Chris!

As a female who likes DIY projects, I frequently receive condescending attitudes from male Home Depot employees - especially in the Paint department. I was really grateful to meet Savona, in D24, the Paint Department - who patiently answered all my questions about selecting the best paint finish, and also gave me some great tips on my project. She is friendly, smart and gives great customer support.

The employees were patient and friendly. The nursing area was spotless and I was able to find everything I needed with the help of the supervisor in the front Desirae.

Mr. Hassan at this store is always there to help my 90 years old disabled father who does not speak English. Mr, Hassan thank you for making my dad feel young again with your caring and helping. God Bless You

I was looking for flooring and got it less expensive than many other stores. The salesperson Stanislav was beyond helpful, and got me smoothly all the way to the cashier. It was flawless. I love this store location, and will only go there.

Have been coming to this store the last 5 years, the staff always have been of great help. The staff always have a great patience, amiable and great attitude.

The manager Oscar is doing a great job with the store, we go about 3 times a day for materials. Unfortunately we cannot ay the same with another employee called Armen that works the night shift in the electrical department. Very rude and not helpful at all. you need a better employee that is kind and helps us find stuff so we can go back to work

Always review a written estimate with your invoice the girl that took my information for the estimate was 100% outstanding but when I came in the following day to pay in cash the man that turned the estimate into an invoice screwed up on the zip code resulting in a major delivery that still has not been resolved so far. Invoice paid on 12-22-2018 As of 12-29-2018 no delivery Possible delivery date 1-?-2019

Antonio in the paint department was very knowledgable and polite. I will definitely look for him next time I need to look for a specific color. I would shop there again.

I'd like to say that there is no problem with the store. This location is extremely convenient for me and for the most part their employees at customer service and through out the store are friendly and greet customers. However, the pro-desk department falls short in providing good customer service. I cannot say it's everyone at pro-desk but a particular cashier has been rude and unwilling to help the three times we've been there.

Was able to find what i needed really quickly. The associates were really friendly. Alma at the service desk is just a wonderful associate. She helped me check out my items so that i wouldnt have to go to the front. She was always smiling so it made me feel welcomed. You should hire more associates like that.

I have been coming here (Canoga Park Home Depot) this pass week and I find that the manager, assistant manager, and the employees have all been wonderful in helping me with my decision making as far as matching paint colors, getting building materials, etc. I recently moved in the area and it's great to have this Home Depot to shop where everyone is always eager to give a helping hand.
