This store has an excellent inventory and is easy to navigate to find ones needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a joy to shop here.

Very helpful group of employees.

Going to take my shopping elsewhere not please apparently the price from the app are different from the store and they don't price match. I was told if I wanted it at that price to buy it online

The store representatives were very knowledgeable of their products. It allowed me to make an informed decision prior to making a large purchase. During the time that I was there, it was extremely windy and cold. The cashier whose register was directly at the door, was very professional and friendly although she was getting beaten by the harsh cold wind. Thank you!

Excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot locations. Two employees in their carpet/flooring department went above and beyond when assisting me with a purchase. They were very patient and made sure to answer all of my questions regarding my purchase. Their names are David and Josh. I have not had a great customer service experience such as the one these to outstanding young men provided in a very long time! Thank you!

Unfriendly customer service ... returns especially...employees are more interested in store gossip them helping customers..

Having employees remove large, heavy, awkward items you've loaded onto a cart while you are elsewhere - either in the restroom or fetching another item (and you don't want to push the heavy loaded cart all over the store) - then put the items back on the shelf and load the cart you were using with rubbish and damaged material is infuriating and a waste of EVERYBODY's time.

Poorly trained staff at home depot i spent 25-30 mins having someone look for the product / and tell me they dont have the item and i tell them online says you have 100+ quantity and they tell me its not correct and i should order item online and ship to store. Did so and 1 hr later says at the same store ready to pick up.

Was able to walk into store and get what I needed and get out within 10 minutes. Bathroom was clean as well. Compared to other Home Depot's in the area, this was a painless experience.

It is another home for me. Love going to Home Depot even to do window shopping. Great place to buy the things I need Hope Home Depot last for generations and generation .

My visit to the Canoga Park Home Depot today was a very pleasant experience. The store is clean and well organized. Although I didn't find the right size refrigerator on display, Mr. Zitser was very helpful in looking at the available models online. The transaction was timely and smooth. Continue with the good customer service.

A break from the norm of The Home Depot they layout is a bit different however every employee was eager to help me find my way. Thank you all for making my trip most efficient.

I love coming here and they always have what Im looking for. But due to my social anxiety I have a hard time around crowds. Now that the pandemic is ravaging the city (and world) its even tougher to be around people. So I am forced to only shop at certain hours i.e. 6am or right before close. As you can see, nothing keeps me away from HD!

Really rude customer service , specially the manager.

I have frequented more than 20 stores in the LA county and San Diego county. I can say without any doubt that the Canoga Park store has the worse service of them all. Additionally, the assistant Manager Jose at this store is a nasty and belligerent person and will lie to your face. Some of the people who work in the isles of that store also lie and are very lazy. Do not expect them to help you with anything. Their knowledge of the products they sell are nil and they will not even help you find a product even after you showing that online says that this store has 10 or more of this item.. They say it is wrong and they don't have it. Even after you find the item they say they don't have, they say they know nothing about it. Honestly, This store is the most mis managed and customer unfriendly home depot store there is. It is best if you just go to the west hills store where at least the sales people are are so belligernt and nasty.

The manager and employees went above and beyond and were kind beyond measure. I had a great experience here and will be back again soon!

had great customer service from Kayla--she helped me find the 3 items i was looking for--she didn't just tell me what aisle to find the items--she actually took me to all 3 aisles to assist me in locating these items--she was great--all 3 products were available

Stan Z, Kitchen design consultant, went above and beyond putting the customer's needs first. My wife and I purchased our first home. We were faced with many difficult decisions and needed help. Luckily our contractor recommended us to Stan. Stan's attitude through this whole stressful decision process has been nothing short but inspirational. He carefully listened, visualized and talked us through to help lead us to the best option possible. He cared about the customer not profit.

We went in to buy a shed and were greeted with amazing staff who were knowledgeable and kind. We never felt rushed through the process and after making such a big purchase, we were really pleased to give Home Depot our business.

Great Experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew where the items I was looking for were located and were able to direct me. Martin in paint was a great help to me with the Behr keyosk, locating paint cards, and eventually, mixing my paint color. I appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the store. I also appreciated the fact that the staff was asking people to please wear masks. And, they were doing it in a very nice way, not aggressive at all. The staff was cleaning regularly while I was there which is so important during Covid! It was a very pleasant experience!

4 stars cuz this store isn’t as large as other local HD stores, hence it doesn’t always have everything you’re shopping for. I can give 5 stars for the employees of this store as they tend to be friendlier and more helpful than the other local HDs.

Such great service at this location! I have never seen so many employees available to help customers in any other store. It had plenty of stock, and I was helped by Camilo in lumber and Flor the cashier who was VERY patient and kind. Everyone was so friendly! A real pleasure to shop at this location - AND they had everything I needed in stock and 2 of my big items on sale!

This store is always my first choice. I shop there weekly, enjoy interacting with some of the employees and always make a point to say Hi to Oscar the store manager when he is out on the floor.

The store was very clean. I was quickly greeted by an employee and helped with the ordering process of an item I wanted. I received superb service from Design Consultant Stan Zitser in the appliance section. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. What an incredible employee!
