In the Canoga Park location, we used Robert in the flooring Dept. We just did our kitchen. After visiting 3 stores and getting estimates, saved about 40% on the installation and 20% on materials. The kitchen looks great and the wife is happy!

I go to this store to buy my cleaning supplies and all the time I go its always clean and easy to find my products, but this time I needed to buy a new refrigerator. My visit for this was really smooth. I had the best customer service from cashier Cristal and Horacio at the appliances department. Everyone was very professional and provided the best customer service.

Is a good store but, staff needs to step up the Customer Service. Employees simply walk by you and say nothing nor acknowledge you.

The store is so clean, organized and well stocked! The staff is the most helpful and professional I have encountered at a Home Depot!!

Was greeted by Desiree in the front who directed me to Hugo in hardware amazing customer service found what I needed right away and was guided not just told where to go .

We have never been in this store and had specific items we were looking for. The staff was so helpful with finding them and when one was out of stock they helped us find a great replacement and price matched it for us.

I went in there to buy an over the stove microwave and I was able to get Stan to help me out. He looked and looked over the whole appliances section until he found it. Also helped me ordered a new stove. Cashier Kathryn made the checkout very easy. Both employees have excellent customer service!

Always have what I need for my home improvement. If they don’t have it the customer service goes above and beyond to give me options or solution. Cristal Escamilla helped me today and went above and beyond. Thank you guys!

I satisfied with Home Depot

I am happy I had my upright freezer from there.

Got yelled at , just because I was questioning my receipt. There a few really rude employees here, and I stop going, I then come back because its the closest one, but they keep hiring really rude and lacking customer service employees. Wont be coming here for a while.

got a Christmas tree today and DJ was friendly and help full he loved the tree we chose and did a great job cleaning up the bottom for our tree stand at home

Josue and Carmen made my experience at the store that much better. They changed the atmosphere and attitude of the store. They deserve the highest praise.

The location here is a bit different, smaller and less stocked but I still managed to get everything I needed from there

Between the installer and Home Depot, no pne could get their story straight. Installer says cancelled, Home Depot says no, then i see on the papers it was. Very frustrating as i had to keep following up for 2 weeks to see when they install will happen. As of today i still do not know when it will be installed. The female manager was very rude!

The people who work in particular Aisles are either unseen or unhelpful, especially if you are female. I should have just ordered what I needed online but then would have to pay 8.99 for shipping. Really needed a so-called expert opinion and was very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Very easy to order online and pick up large items. The parking was great, easy quick check out lines. Liked the choices. It was a bit difficult to find some tools, but they carried an abundance of brands and choices.

Very helpful garden center staff. Grateful for the plant return policy for plants that die right away.

I was accused of stealing at Home Depot, Canoga park location for absolutely no reason and will be taking legal action. I have nothing else to ad at this time.

I need help with putting soil in the cart. Mike greeted me as I entered and put the soil in the cart. He also made sure I had help putting it in the car and I didn't need to ask or wait.

Twice I was in the store looking for a specific LED lightbulb. Each time an employee reached out to me to ask if I needed help. Not only did each one (two separate occasions) search the shelves to look for the right bulb, but they looked at the brightness (e.g., daylight, natural, etc.) and made suggestions as well as making sure I was getting all the same bulbs. In addition, when I asked to check on a set of bulbs way high and in the back, they rolled over a ladder and checked out the entire shelf. Great customer service

Estela the cashier in the Garden Center in the Canoga Park Home Depot was very informed on the products and helped us answeing our questions about the products we choose for our lawn.

Couldn't ask for more when the salesperson thoroughly reviewed my project with me, made necessary adjustments and corrections, and also worked around my budget
