I came to get a gallon of paint and some exterior trim. I left with neither. I stood at the paint counter, there was one gentleman helping another customer and another employee cleaning the paint mix machine. Wasn't acknowledged. The one helping the customer didn't say, "hello, someone will be right with you"- nothing. So I go to see what I can find on my own, there are 2 ladders right next to each other - an employee on one. I try to move the one that doesn't have someone on it, so I can get through. The employee on the other one doesn't say anything. Just looks down at me. Wow. I got a can of spray paint. I go to lumber- not a soul to be found for help. I looked around several aisles trying to find someone - no one. Carts everywhere. Waste of time. Told the cashier about my experience - gave me a blank look and said "sorry"- not, "would you like to speak with a manager?" Just terrible service, or, actually, just none at all. I'm a pretty easy-going gal, but this was ridiculous. Never again.

I had a good shopping experience I found the two doors I needed right away for my house the employee set up a contractor to install the front and back door. I enjoyed working with the employee through this process she was very courteous and polite and made the process very easy

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service during this particular trip to Home Depot. My experience with Jordan in Lumber was the only pleasant part of this shopping trip. However, the flooring department took a very long time to provide assistance with flooring materials. Our checkout experience was the worst. Ashley at the prodesk incorrectly rung up my flooring purchase and our lumber had been mismarked. Ashley was extremely rude, as was Ricky, who was called over to assist.

Terrible customer service. I visit this store on a frequent basis and 95% of their staff have disappointing service skills. When seeking help in the store, employees are rarely found, when asking for help most make it seem as though helping is a major inconvenience, and the cashiers during my experience today we uninformed, made mistakes on my purchase, and were blatantly rude.

I had a scheduled appointment with GENESIS for a new exterior door. I explained my needs, and she walked me right to the perfect door, which I purchased. She had an amazing knowledge of Home Depot products, and also their individual elements. She pointed out that the door I was purchasing already had all the hinges installed, the threshold was installed, and the door was perfectly aligned. I am delighted with her recommendation. Her customer service and knowledge are to be commended!!! All other Associates were also helpful when I picked up the door the following day.

This location is very clean and all aisles are clean all employees were very respectful and very helpful I would recommend the store to everyone and it also has a wide variety of items for inside and outside of the home

I visited my home depot today and the workers there we're great, and eager to help. It was pleasantly clean and I found everything I went for!

Best Home depot in town. They have the most knowledgeable staff I've found specifically in tool rental, electrical, power tools and hardware.

I feel more convenient to shop at home depot because most of the time I buy the stuffs what II want.

I go to home deport because the help is friendly I don't feel I am a brother to them. I if find whatever I'm looking for. Also you have motorized chairs available for me to use, and the isles are wide enough so can travel through them without hurting myself or anyone else.

The store was very clean and the employees at the store are amazing, they’re very helpful. I was able to find the items I was looking for and was in and out of the store within 15 minutes.
