Make sure that you don't asked for the manager store help. The cashier Yaslenia help me out with my purchases, she is really smart and very good with costumer service. than you Yaslenia.

The employees are helpful everytime I am there.

the department was clean and there was alot of good vinyl flooring selections i am happy with the customer service that was provided.

Love this store, the only negative thing I can say; I can't stand all the "aliens" that hang out in the parking lot looking for someone to hire them! If you can stand around all day, you can easily get a job with a contractor. I hate people coming up to my window when I have to stop in the parking lot asking if I need anything done, or have some work for them.

The staff at this store is amazing. The level of knowledge about the project we were planning and the advice we were given was outstanding. The first salesperson We spoke with did not have the answer to our questions but she knew exactly who to call and we are very pleased. Alma, a design consultant in kitchen and bath, took all the time needed to get everything planned and purchased...and the items we needed were available. We also purchased paint and various other items and the staff was helpful in that area as well.

OMG, DOES ANYONE WORK HERE?, AND DOES ANYONE CARE TO HELP YOU? I CAME HERE TO BUY HARDWARE FOR MY CABINETS, INSTALLED BY HOME DEPOT AND THEY DO NOT CARRY THAT PARTICULAR HINGE THAT THEY INSTALLED ON EVERY CABINET IN OUR KITCHEN. LOTS OF CUSTOMERS WANDERING AROUND LOOKING FOR HELP. ONE CASHIER,NO SELF CHECKOUTS WORKING CORRECTLY. THIS STORE WAS A DISASTER WHEN IT CAME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Everybody in the store had a smile and were friendly with eachother and the customers.

I hate to be a party poopers but I looked at the list of winners and I didn't see any from Phoenix Arizona or Arizona at all. That would have made me feel like we have a chance to win this drawing. I know the store very well because of how many times I have been at this store. Yes. Yes. Yes. Thank you!

WOW~!!! Talk about going downhill. Corporate greed at it's worst! They have eliminated positions for checking out, forcing you to self check out. It is a horrible way to treat your employees and a poor way to treat customers! Way to go Home Depot!! You have dropped down several more notches on who I visit first.

New self check out machines are great, don't have to wait on line for a long period of time. Cashiers are friendly and helpful, also.

Francis in Appliances was great to deal with and really knew her products, she was a very positive person , wonderful to deal with. thank you again Francis

This store has the best employees. They are always ready to help and if they don't know the answer to your situation, they will direct you to someone who does.

For any paint needs, ask Danny Gallegos. He is kind, patient, and knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond, even amidst the generally hectic paint section.

I bought a Whirlpool Refigerator after couple hours ( less than 48hrs) I found out the Refigerator has something wrong with loud and crazy noises from the fan inside of the unit and I came to the store want to return it back to them but they denied, they told me have to contact with Whirlpool customer service.

I have spent about $10,000.00 in remodel purchases. The last aspect of buying paint has been crazy. I had a contractor go pick up more paint and provided the Behr original paint sample chip from the store and he was told he neded the picture of the bar code to make a gallon. What is the bar code on the paint color chip from the store do? I went to purchase a color this evening for and was told the paint color may be darker or lighter than the Behr paint color sample chip using one of the suggested Home Depot paints. The manager indicated they may not be able reproduce the same color if it is not a Behr paint, though they offer several brands. Also, I asked for help in the plumbing department, no one showed up! I think it it is time to try a different company for the next remodel...which starts in about 30 days.

overall visit was a disaster. items to purchase not available or in stock. looked around entire store for assistance, registers at self help were not working properly therefore checking out time was OMG

The associates in plumbing department at 4848 N 43rd Avenue Camelback Road are rude and not very helpful; they should take lessons from the store located at 9969 W Camelback Road, which will now be the Home Depot I will shop...
