Everything is very convenient in store #0485, however I would like to find another store located in downtown Phoenix

Busy store. The vast majority of the time, items are in stock. Hard to find people out on the floor to help, but when you do, most are quite knowledgeable. Staff has always been friendly. Place is clean.

Save your time and shop at a different Home Depot this Home Depot had no idea where the items that I needed were six employees cannot find them and I left the store after driving 20 miles out of my way and not getting what I needed

This store has almost always (97.5% of the time) had what I wanted/needed and was ready to help if I needed it.

My Old Home Refrigerator Died and I Hustled on over to this Store and was Lucky enough to run into Appliance Specialist Belen Ramirez. She almost did everything for me except Pay for the New Refrigerator that she helped me out with all the Details. I Highly Recommend The Home Depot for any and all your Home Needs

Just walking in this store feels like a breath of fresh air. Very up beat and customer friendly. They are also very supportive of military members. I would drive 40 minutes just to shop at this location.

Mirna in customer service is a 5 star employee. Several other HD's didn't seem to want to take my money for a new shed, she helped me spend my money and get my order processed quickly. Thanks Mirna

The only thing that this store has almost going for it is location, but it is still in a pretty bad spot. This is my least favorite Home Depot in the area and is always my last resort. The employees (sometimes) are friendly, but not helpful at all especially on the closing shift Friday night. You may be lucky enough to be greeted by 1 employee if you almost run into them. If you require assistance locating something, you might be told that someone is going to meet you in the department/general area of where the item should be, but then may end up standing there for 20+ minutes or going back to request assistance again. The store does not keep accurate inventory counts on items and it reflects the quantity of "In stock" items incorrectly online. If you have another Home Depot you can go to, GO THERE or somewhere else, I will always be making the further trip in the future just to have a chance at getting better service.

Overall when compared to other HomeDepot stores I have shopped at I can say i have had great service here and feel that the seevice standards are well met or exceed expectations which is what brings me back time and time again. My latest visit Dedre help me with an exchange on a battery that would hold a cgarge. I had not had my receipt since i was in the middle of moving and everything was packed away. She solved my problem by exchanging the bad battery with a new one. Plus she did it with a smile and good energy which you could see was infectious throughout the entire return department.

I always get good service at this location. The associates are very helpful and take you directly to the area you need help in.

Advertised special on storage containers at a very good price except no lids. The website said 170 in stock. Checkout is impossible unless you do it your self. product was not in stock no lids. Got assistance could not find them The isles were a mess blocked with stuff and products. I was able to find product easily because I looked up location prior to going to store.

Francis and Christina are assets to this store location. They helped me each and every time I go there I shop at the Thunderbird store but I go out of my way to purhase items there at Camelback better customer service.

The items I needed were at zero stock, it took 10 minutes to find 1 employee that was able to help. the store was clean which is irrelevant, when I did get help, they had a friendly manner

I shop at the Camelback store because it always has the product that I need. I also like the way the employees assist me with questions that I have.
