We visit this location often and the service we receive from the employees is always efficient and attentive. Melissa goes above and beyond to help us get in and out in a timely manner.

Ive been to sevral Home Depot and this one is by far my favorite. Neri was amazing she greeted me with a smile she helped me out with everything I needed. will definitely be shopping here

Great employees knowledgeable on products and store directions where products are located in the store . Friendly and efficient cashiers at checkout. Employees at this store 5101 Cambray Dr San Antonio Tx 78229 will go above and beyond to provide all customers with good service which makes for a great shopping experience at this store that is why I choose to shop at this Home Depot.

Clean store, smaller than other Home Depots so it does not have as much variety of tools. Centrally located and easily accessible so if you order online you can pickup in store.

It was great visiting this location got some help from the paint department she was awesome very helpful.

everything is displayed in each area for us to select items for us or gifts.

Helpful employees, very customer oriented and efficient!

The Cambray store is only minutes from my home. The employees are true professionals Who will always provide help the minute you enter the store and assist in anyway you need.

The employees I dealt with were not customer friendly. One was in a rush to see what I needed and provided me with the wrong part, and therefore had to return to the store to exchange the part, taking valuable time from my schedule. The next time I needed assistance at the tools isle, mainly questions on proper tool to purchase for needed job, employee was summons twice by pa, and after 15 minutes no obe showed up.

I've been shopping at the Cambray store for ages even though it's a bit out of my way 'cause the store closer to me isn't as customer service oriented. This store has served me well and I've spent enormous amounts of cash there throughout the years, from appliances to paint to buckets... I'll continue to do so as long as the store employees remain friendly, helpful and congenial. Keep up the good work.

loved the new check outs with scanner guns

The manager was never available and didn't respond to the employees call for help. When the employee called back to ask for help 40 minutes later the manager whatever her name was I could hear her but rating the employee with I told you I'd be there and didn't I. Port customer service never coming back

Store is very clean. Staff if friendly and is always will to help. Easy to find everything.

Awesome store. Has the best customer service

We are renovating our kitchen. Last year we renovated the bathroom, Home Depot made the experience so easy we decided to renovate our kitchen. We found all we needed for plumbing, tile work, cabin building and my new hobby, gardening. We also have relied on their expertise when we started fixing our gutters. Home Depot is the place, and we live near to their competition and choose to shop at Home Depot.

Went in last Friday and I got the help I needed right away and was directed to the exact location plus staff was very friendly and helpful

Great service and people

Went to Home Depot location on Cambray to purchase forty garden pavers for a yard project. I asked two older male employees for help and they responded rudely and said they were too heavy and laughed as if I couldn't afford them then walked away. I guess it was too early in the morning for them to actually do their job. Lazy.

If it wasn’t for Mrs.Gigi I would not go to this Home Depot , customer service is very bad and it seems like management doesn’t care.

Employee disregard to customer service at the paint counter. Lack of employees during a paint sale.
