Not much products on the shelves, only one checkout line open with long line.

very displeased with the cashier... Jenyi. She made show driver licenses to use a giftcard. then after said she was joking in asking for drivers license after was questioned why should she need to see in the first place.

Great store. Very friendly people. Specifically a man who works in the paint department always wearing a dope pair of socks. I love his enthusiasm and breadth and depth of knowledge of every project I've asked him about. Just a great place in general.

I don't have a problem with home depot but I have a problem with the company they use for counter tops. Stone system is very bad and they tack on surprise fees

Very unfriendly & not very helpful employees! The product I was looking for was not in stock even though the computer said there were 12 available. The paint employee made no effort to locate the paint I was looking for and when I asked about ordering some, he told me that couldn't be done since the computer said there were 12 available. I asked about checking with other stores and he just told me that they might have the same problem. He made no offer to actually call another store to check. The greeter, the paint employee and the cashier, all acted like they didn't want to be there and friendly customer service was nonexistent! Yes, there is the COVID-19 crisis taking place and things aren't exactly normal but that's no excuse to treat customers in such an unfriendly manner. If they don't like their jobs, there are other people who would gladly have those same jobs.

Store clean with friendly employees who don't "run away" from the customers!! Store is VERY clean - prices are good. Products are easy to find and if not, the associate will either walk to the area with us or point us in the right direction

I just filled out a survey and entered the drawing for a possible $5,000.00 HD gift card... had to go to the sweepstakes rules to see when the drawing would take place. So, I do. Low and behold...the drawing date was May 4, 2020 - oh, did I say my shopping trip was on 6/7/2020 and today is 6/9/2020. C'mon now -

problems with lack of inventory, difficulty finding assistance, some items available only in case quantities.

As I enter store and seen all safe measures that were taking place I was immediate impressed. This continued as i shopped. Most all products were well organized and most all shelves were fully stocked. On this day I was asked if I needed assistance which was great. I explained my task and they explained to me the four items I needed to complete my task and explained to me in which order I needed these four items installed to fix my pluming issue. His customer skills were impressive. This is why I will continue to use my local Home Depot store off of 410 & Summit.

Malik at the Paint Counter made me aware of a new service. They will save your paint color under your phone number so you don't have to bring in your paint can lid. (Brilliant if you are always loosing old paint chip references.) Malik had my paint ready in 15 mins!! During A QUARANTINE!! Great Staff!!! Great Customer Service!!!

I do recommend the store but not the company they use for countertops. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Took 3 weeks fir then to even schedule a measurement and the guy that came out said he couldn't do it cause one cabinet was off level by half an inch. I know that countertops are measured by length and width not height so didn't understand why he couldn't measure it. I had 2 other companies come out and they measured without a problem. Only choose to go with hd because of price but cancelled because the counter company wanted to charge 200 dollars to come back out and measure again. And the liaison person for homedepot and the counter company was very rude about the whole situation.

I was treated horribly by both an employee and an assistant store manager, including hanging up the phone on my wife. I was left with a $700 toolbox that is unusable, and no one at the store cares at all. Go out of your way to visit a different Home Depot.

If any employee from this store is having a bad day at work. Stay or go home with your negative attitude.

The store shopping experience was as usual satisfaction personally guaranteed. A clean store, easy to find merchandise with ready willing and able friendly skill professional employees happy to assist customers.

I have received bad customer assistance each time that I have been to this location. There is hardly anyone on the floor to assist customers. When you do finally find someone they say that they need to call someone else AND no one ever shows up or you have to wait for a long time or ask to have someone called again. I generally don't complain but today's visit was the last straw!! This wasn't an isolated incident at this store.

Very courteous, tentive, and respectful throughout my entire visit and was determined to help me locate item needed.

The store is at a very convent location. I go there often. Only on one occasion I did not get the assistance I needed. I had asked for a particular item without taking a look at me he just said look at isle 32. I could not fine the item I needed. I had been there for about 15 minutes looking. When I see the worker come through the same isle helping another customer. Never did he ask me if he could assist but he helped the other gentlman. I left the store and bought what I needed elsewhere.

I came in about 30 min befor closing time I wouldn't have time next day to shop for item so I went in scanned isle for item quick then again for another attempt to find my item I called for assistance which the person working made a check on his hand held device Walked over w me to find it and made my purchase be for store closed that was a quick,professional helpful experience . I then went home and fixed my door Store was clean Even though it rained Workers were a bit busy to greet but helper w my item was very professional and helpful
