I had been researching new appliance for my home. Walked into the store and in a matter of minutes "Steve" offered assistance, showed me products I was looking for and helped me pick the right one for my needs! I can find an appliance anywhere but it's the people who make the shopping experience a positive one.

Close to my home and they have quick service.

Your store is great with one exception please, I was in there the other day and I couldn’t find any carts to carry heavy lumber and I had to find one it had trash cans on it only. So I set the trash can on the floor and used that one cart, other than that your lumber associate was great that young man was very helpful he even help me look for a cart as well, the store is very well stock and that makes my job easier because I don’t have to go across the street. Thanks !

the employee Destiny who was working in the checkout area was so helpful to me when i was confused. and also the manager on duty also made sure that everything got figured out and took care of me. this was today on 6/20/21. also i was asked by two other employees of i needed anything when i looked confused. so that was very nice. this store seems to have good people in it.

Store is disorganized and staff not helpful to female or elderly shoppers.

I think for the first time I am dissatisfied with customer service from Home Depot. I have an order for carpet to be placed in one of the rooms of my home. Measurements were taken and the young man that did the work was excellent (Justin). Very friendly. Did a good job. This dissatisfaction I have is not with any employee of the store. It is with management since they are in charge of customer service and how employees interact with the customer. I have never been dissatisfied with a Home Depot employee. Having said that, I was told that due to the age of the house the floor would have to be tested for asbestos. I am fine with that. When I went to schedule installation, I was told that I would have to do the testing and that all the tiles would have to be removed before the carpet could be installed. As long as no asbestos is present I assumed that the carpet would be placed over the tiles since that is the way it was originally installed and since no one said that this had to happen prior to carpet installation. This caught me by surprise because we had set aside this time for the carpet to be installed. Now I have to hold off in order to do these extra tasks. Puts me behind my schedule and creates a frustrating situation. I suggest that employees be instructed to give all pertinent information to the customer before selection of product, measurements, and scheduling is complete. This will prevent difficulty, confusion, and embarrassment for the customer.

The staff in the entire was very helpful--guiding and polite and none ever turned me away. In fact, I was greeted and even offered assistance to carry outside since we purchased a larger load. I love this HOME DEPOT and I love how the staff is always ready to help. This is proudly my Home Depot for many years to come --and a lifetime +!

Very rude employees at self checkout

There was no one available to give a recommendation as to the kind of leaf blower I needed or what was best for my needs. same thing when I purchased a Maytag washer, some assistance when I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator, replacing an LG which I purchased there and the compressor went out and there was no parts available. The lady who runs the garden area seems to be knowledgeable about her dept. I trade at this store as I can see it from my back yard., it is very convenient and I have learned to expect this service.

Associates are helpful and professional. Seems to be fully staffed with knowledgeable associates. They go the extra mile.

Store is clean and nicely stocked with items I was there to purchase.

The store Customer Service and some managers suck at this store. They need to clean up their act and get people who want to work and not just be there to be an AZZO.

I was looking for the dremel 4300 the home depot had just what o needed the employees were very friendly and very helpful

The employees were very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing . I can in to get some gardening tools and some pest control and I got help from a young lady who showed me where everything was .

This is a great store for experienced or new home improvement buffs. Their prices are better and their employees are taught right. The store/products are organized.This is my store.

My son was injured on the rental auger and we spent five hours in the emergency room, the rental staff told us to use the incorrect tool for the job and then charged us additional price because we were not able to return the auger in four hours, the plumbing clogg never got repaired, and then the staff ripped a guy hole in my upholstery removing the auger from my car.

Store was clean and items were available for what I was looking for. Employee answered my question that I asked about Goof Off Aerosol. Very courteous and polite.

If you ever need assistance while shopping, this is the store. Employee Adair was a great help and an example of what customer service is all about.

Poor inventory, out of 3 items I was needing and didn't stock a fourth. Trouble finding assistance. 20 minute checkout.

They don't honor their own return policy, argue with you about the meaning of "make it right" and then proceed to ignore you for more help.

Employees were very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I got the services I went their to obtain.
