With in 2 hours we bought a washer and dryer, new carpet and Vinyl Tile, a new kitchen cabinet and counter tops, all of the employees were great to work with!!!

In our 20-sum years of living in the Cadillac area, we have never had a bad experience at the Home Depo store. They do a great job of keeping up with the latest styles and innovations. There is an abundance of friendly staff, who actually ask if you need some help and if they don't have an answer, they find someone who does. Their return service is easy and respectful. Their special order option is top-notch in efficiency and they even help, if you want it, to get your purchases into the vehicle. I don't know how they manage to keep such a big store so presentably clean, from the bathrooms to the sanitized carts, but they do. Decorating and gardening, is my passion and Cadillac Home Depo is my happy place.

Horrible customer service don't accept virtual credit cards like to argue with customers about phone orders enjoy putting back my carts of merchandise apparently. Offered me an apology since they refused to honor my payment method so I offered them my apology and wrote a few reviews for corperate, Google, and customers alike. My condolences again home depot I pity you. Your competitors have my full support now.

I love going to the Home Depot in Cadillac MI. The employees are always so nice and always helpful.

I live about 50 miles from the store and needed a stand up freezer but had no way to haul it. So I called them and ordered my freezer and provided the cashier with the SKU number off the internet and he was all too happy to help me. The order was placed within 5 minutes and I never had to leave my home. It will be delivered in less than 2 weeks. Talk about excellent service. He even knew my name and address without having to tell him. Excellent! I will be shopping online more often seeing how the Covid-19 pandemic is upon us. I can't be more happy than I am right now. My wife is happy too. If she's happy then I'm happy.

I would highly recommend this store and their employee personnel for any of your needs. Their customer service is exemplary. They had the item I needed in stock. It was a surprise birthday present for my son. They were willing to assemble it free of charge and have it delivered on his birthday. It was if they were part of the family and the surprise. I don't believe you could find any store more accommodating or any people more friendly and caring than that.

The service has been great! We've purchased a washer and dryer, refrigerator, paint and more! Its convenient and part of our home town. We are really big on keeping our business in town so we can contribute to our community and neighbors. There were always friendly folks around to help, the store was clean and neat - easier to get around in. The folks working there were friendly and helpful. When we ordered items, the folks were helpful. When we bough our frig, the gal asked if we really wanted the color we were ordering! I was really happy she did because I really would rather have had one that matched my other appliances. She made it happen and I couldn't be happier. The prices are always better here as well. thanks for all you do!

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcomed and they ask if they can help you. You don't have to hunt all over the store to find someone to help you.

Love going to Cadillac home depot everyone is so friendly and helpful. They dont make this old lady feel like she doesn't know anything. They make sure I understand how to use what I buy and offer suggestions.

Friendliest store I've been in in years. Staff was very helpful and kind! Even all the other customers were friendly, helpful and kind. I also felt safe due to corona pandemic, and everyone wearing a mask, and the sweetest gal greeting and cleaning carts.

Overall, the store is wonderful. They always have what I am looking for. Although a lot of times, when you need an employee to get something off a higher shelf for you, they're no where to be found. You always see them in the distance, but when you go to them, they've rounded some corner and vanished. When you do manage to catch one, they are extremely helpful. They helped me get plywood off a high shelf, helped me find the correct pipe I was looking for, and found me the correct pipe fittings and glue. Although, I notice the cashier's don't always seem to know what they're doing. I've been charged for a higher price item than what I've had because they couldn't find the barcode (or it didn't have one) and they looked it up wrong. And just today I had the cashier charge me for 6 extra boards than what I was buying. That's money I'll probably never see again. If the cashier's were trained a little more, or asked someone for help if they needed it, this place would be perfect.
