Always quick and easy to get supplies at the Cadillac store.

With the lack of competent employees hitting all businesses, this one is no exception. Sadly, I couldn't even get help with removing a screen door off of the shelf. My cashier did amazing, with issues requiring management assistance and no one was willing to assist. I miss the days where CUSTOMER SERVICE was available, proudly given, and insisted upon by employers.

I am extremely impressed with the lady who helped us. I had my sister with me who has dementia and she was absolutely wonderful with her.

I bought wiser Deadbolt for my client yesterday and she is happy because her house is secure now

Doing a complete remodel of a 60s vintage all wood home, many different projects and skilled trades, many great suggestions from electrical to flooring to appliances..

We bought a dishwasher yesterday!!! The customer service was friendly and helpful!

We remodeled a kitchen and a bathroom. Georgie and Adam at the Cadillac store were absolutely helpful. They know home depots product and a very educated on the position and eager to help.

Cashier Shauna was really nice and friendly. Very helpful too.

I was able to sit down with a design consultant to help with designing and ordering my two bathroom remodels. The consultant was knowlegeable and extremely helpful. She navigated the website brilliantly and helped with ordering according to the measurements I had taken. I truly don't know how I would have done it without her! I am thankful!

If I can’t find it, someone always close by to help.

Many people disparage "big box stores", but I have always found the Home Depot of Cadillac to employ (mostly) knowledgeable, friendly staff who have helped to keep my projects rolling with product advice, installation guidance and department expertise!

Always very good service, but wis you carried Dutch Boy brand too.

Our salesperson was extraordinary and made buying a stove a great experience!!

Senior citizen shopping for cinder blocks was able to make purchase without imposing on friends for help thanks to great, efficient staffing at Home Depot Cadillac MI. Great customer service ! Always honor & reward employees who bring this type of value to a business. Compensate employees & treat them well so that your company isn't continually the one with the help wanted ad posted & the same ole tired excuse that no one wants to work.

I was so happy with my shopping experience today I was greeted right away and helped to find just what i needed

I needed to mount my flat screen TV on the wall and also hide the cable and TV cords. I watched a video and wrote down supplies I would need. The electrician helped me find all items on my list and also was very patient and watched the video I had and suggested a few more ideas that were what I wanted too. WOW!!!!!

We purchased an Air Fry Range yesterday from Shelby, a very knowledgeable associate who walked us through many models. Today that very same range went on sale for $100 less, and the store issued us a rebate for the difference! Very pleased with Home Depot!

I was in the store for a long time. There was not one manager or worker that was near me until this employee named Johnny bumped into us! The first thing that he said was good afternoon folks, if I may ask, what is the project your working on? I thought that was awesome! (finally someone that cares!) I would strongly go see Johnny in the doors and windows department! The way he handles a situation with utmost respect and courtesy was why I am saying go see him! Definitely future manager material. Home Depot better keep Johnny close, (ha) I was in the store maybe an hour and was getting frustrated, and if it wasn’t for Johnny handling the situation better than I had expected I would have left Home Depot and not purchased anything. He got me exactly what I was after and asked all the necessary questions that he needed to figure out what I needed! After maybe waiting (which he can explain everything to you) 10-15, Johnny found me more than enough stuff that I need. As I said before, He is in the doors and windows department of the store. He gave me his business card that Home Depot gave him, just to let me know if I need anything to call or even email him! Johnny, if you can read this, thank you for a wonderful experience, I promise you if I need anything or if any of my local contractors need anything to give you a ring!

If you are ever in Home Depot Cadillac, go to the millworks desk and see if John is working. He really goes beyond what he needs to and makes sure to help in any way he can.
