I bought this Troy-Bilt Snow Blower on 11/18/2022 and was amazed bye the customer service that I received. I was also amazed on how this Product operated! 100% satisfaction!

I live in Mesick and don't mind going into Cadillac to HD. In general the sales persons are friendly and they have good product availability.

Always a friendly face to greet you coming in and sending you back out the door. I've even established some friendships with a couple of the employees throughout the years. There is also something about the Home Depot line of tools that keeps me coming back for more. Most of my workshop is filled with the Rigid line and when my son started showing interest in tools, he was introduced and now has his share of Rigid tools also.

I am looking forward to the fathers day specials. There is always a bargain that will enhance my tool boxes.

Kim & Joey were awesome! Very helpful, knowledgeable about the product I was looking for, and were great to work with on the PO purchase.

So happy to have purchased from the Cadillac Home Depot. The saleslady was so helpful and informative and even kept us in our budget with ideas I would not have thought of. Thank you Cadillac for the great service.

Was looking for foam pipe insulation and a gentleman told me which isle and another employee on that isle directed me right to it and explained the benefits of each one.

I was in and out with items I needed. Fast checkouts on a Saturday afternoon. As usual, painless experience. And will be back to my “go to” store.

Listen as a (now former) retail worker of 22+ years, I know when someone is rockin' it! Cadillac, MI store has a sweet employee who just rocks it out E.V.E.R.Y., single time. His name is Kyle and he has a colorful mohawk.

While my time shopping in this store , I experienced great customer services and interest on what I was looking for in the store . I would recommend this store especially on with how well you will be taken care of if you're in need of any assistance !

On my last visit 3 associates were most helpful and courteous. They directed me to the location of the item I was looking for and asked if I needed help or explanation of the item.

Blinds and installation at Home Depot are excellent product and service!

After being told we’d receive discounts and rebates we signed up for a “pro” account only to later find out this made us ineligible for rebates. That cost us hundreds! And still NO pro discounts…they then changed that program from $1000 to $2500 before eligible for discounts. Removed our pro account but they associated it with every credit/debit card we ever paid with so it kept us affiliated so STILL not eligible for rebates! Again costing us more money! We are constantly told things that are incorrect and frankly the management isn’t very friendly about resolving these issues but rather sends us in circles to HD 800# instead. Spent over $10,000 there in the last 3 months and nothing but grief and misinformation from their end. Unfortunately it’s the only large home improvement store without going 40+ miles…but I wish k never had to set foot in HD again!!!! SO disappointed in their customer service. They used to be known for this…not anymore.

We were in The Home Depot store yesterday in Cadillac Michigan. I was looking at indoor outdoor rugs for by my front door and they were all black in color and I thought to myself I was kind of wanting brown. Staff members stopped when they saw me looking at the rugs without me even asking they let me know there were different colors available and showed me where they were. The staff in Cadillac are always so happy and smiling, communicative, and always so willing to help. Love my Cadillac store

I gave had great service at the Cadillac store. From buying paint, windows shades cut to order and tools.

Sam in special services department helped me negotiate placing and order for delivery over the phone. She was very helpful and courteous. Look forward to meeting her sometime!

We were very frustrated shoppings going literally all over Mi saying parts available in store and they were NOT. We called the Cadillac store and Joe Conrad answer, confirmed the parts we needed were in that store and personally took them to service desk for us. Was very nice on the phone even though we were very frustrated. We drove from Howell to Clio to West branch looking for Leviton breakers which said available in store and were not. Least to say - we called the Cadillac store before trusting it again! Thank you Joe Conrad. Job well done.

We were helped by Marcy, she was amazing, very patient and understanding and so helpful!! We had a great time!!

We had done some research on what we were looking for in a replacement for our refrigerator. Our Salesperson BXJ284N (name not shown on the receipt, a woman of a mature age) was very helpful in looking it up as there was nothing in stock at the store for our item. She was helpful and explained the delivery procedures as far as what they would do (change door handle sides, could pick up old refrig, free delivery) and also asked if we had an Credit card with them and that we could save $50 by opening one. I was all in on that. We have purchased many things over the past 20 years at this store and have always found it to have friendly helpful staff. I can usually find someone to help us quickly and the cashiers are always very patient during the check out procedure.

I needed flooring and Jean was very helpful and also checked me out right there so I didn't have to push a heavy cart throughout the plant just to check out.

I had contractor supplies to pick up for a remodel job! The service today was great! Amy Jo and Patrick worked hard to get the order all together!

I was unhappy about a price comparison and Peggy at the customer service desk took the time to understand my frustration and made it right for me. She was amazing!

Always knowledgeable, always kind, never condescending when a woman shops for building materials. YOU ALL are my people ❤️
