This store was clean and well stocked. Every staff member was helpful. Our Cashier (Amy) was upbeat and friendly. She made sure to make us feel very welcome.

Best store around for service!!!

Manager Sydney was very helpful and polite. Cashier Carrie was also helpful. The appliance department was understaffed; only 1 person available although there were 3-4 people trying to buy larger ticket items in that department. He spent too much time trying to sell extended warranties and Home Depot credit cards versus just selling the appliances.

This store has pleasant employees and plenty of what ever you need.

The store parking lot was very well lite up,i felt secure, the store employee was very friendly and professional on my way in, te store was well lite,very clean and organize,easy to find anything that I would be looking for. Thanks cashier was also extremely friendly on my way out and all items were of a fairly good price

If you read the survey answers I wrote about you will have all that I currently know & feel about the Burton store. It is the only one that is so close & handy for us to shop in.

I have never had such reat service as I had at this store. Carrie the cashier was the greatest person. I had lost my receipt and she took the time to get me another and also helped me to register my item. And i can say anything more about her. She is the greatest.

I needed mulch and the cashier called and a gentleman came right up with my mulch and took it to my car & loaded it

Clean neat but no customer interaction unless you are at the pro service area every person that enters that building should have importance same on front desk and management team.

Always like going in this store. Always something to look at. I like to just look around. Get ideas.

We usually go to the Hill Rd store because it’s closer but they were sold out of the mower we wanted. The person at the desk called the Burton store because they had 2 so the next day my husband went there and bought the last one. He had the receipt in hand when he got home and said they are delivering it on Thursday. Wednesday night someone called to say they didn’t have the mower anymore it was gone. We were upset about them selling it out from under us. I called the customer service line to complain and I guess there was some mixup because they delivered the mower the next day. Their computer said they had none but they had a mower for us quickly and were very good about the whole thing-we are very happy with the folks at Home Depot! Awesome managers at both stores!

The products are fine. The return policy is very nice. However, don't ever get a gift card. If you make a purchase using a card and then need to do a return, you'll have two gift cards. Or, like me, three.

There is always help at hand, at this Home Depot, which is perhaps the number one reason that I go there to purchase building materials. I have phoned the store recently to get some information on an on-line product, and received thoughtful assistance. Bigger stores may have more "stuff" in them, but that doesn't mean they are better stores. We have always used this HD for our building & gardening needs.

This is my go to store I shop here all the time for a wide verify of products their are friendly and helpful with a clean well organized store!

I would recommend this store if you need assistance in any of the departments. Brian in Plumbing did an outstanding job of helping me get all the parts I needed for new kitchen sink project. The cashiers in the Garden area are nice but I have not had good experience with being forced to use the self checkout with "assistance" inside. The cashiers inside all seem to be bored and not friendly.
