If you're doing home improvements prices are better and knowledgeable employees make a big difference

The customer service desk are the worse at their job. It was total chaos there today. I stood in return line for 30 minutes then told to go to another line around front. After 20 minutes I was told to go back to where I was originally. Didn't see a store manager around.

One of the best Home Depot stores I’ve been to. Friendly and eager to help. The Burton store has a small home town feel to it and I love it!

We were in the Court St location on 1/12/21. The staff was great, helped us get our entire list. So friendly, made us feel so welcome. Thank you, to Dowayne!! You nailed it!!! Amy was a fabulous cashier, she went out of her way to get a price on 2 piece’s of lumber that was marked with purple paint. They had no UPC code on them! Also thanks to the lumber dept for helping Amy. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you!!

I really like going into this store. The Atmospheres great. I like to browse the store. looking for new things.

Pretty well stocked compared to the Hill Rd store.

Had everything I was looking for however the employees should be more friendly

The Burton store has great employees, as I enter the store, they always steer me in the right direction. I'm there 3 to 4 days a week sometimes.

Well I would just like to start by saying what a great cashier/person Mrs Carrie was. Not only did she go above and beyond for me helping me order scaffolding from a different store. She also helped me with my business and tried getting me set up with a commercial account. I wasn't aware of a lot of the stuff she helped me with before this experience and I want to personally thank you ! This lady needs a raise or needs to be a teacher because she is the definition of and ideal employee ! I also noticed she cleaned off the debit card thing after everyone used it.

Nice store needs more organization

Been to at least 15 different MI, 4 Toledo, and I believe 3 Fort Myers, FL area Home Depots during travels. Work travels put me from Toledo, OH to Flint, MI and Burton is closest to home, Toledo closest to work, FL was while visiting family. No other store has ever "hit me" as being more friendly than Burton, nor have I witnessed them doing anything even close to mediocre, but in all fairness to other stores, my perception could be that not only have I been going there since the first week it opened (I believe circa 1996), any associates that have been there for any length of time probably recognize me, and also because my number of visits to that store alone, far outweigh the combined visits to every other store by a large multiplier. Primary reason I even go to the other stores (next closest is about twice or more the distance) is they have some new product in-stock prior to Burton and I'm somewhat impatient when it comes to getting a new toy. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there like this, but if I wanted it tomorrow, I'd go pick it up tomorrow, if I wanted it next week, I'd order online.

I was able to get the products needed to do the job I wanted to do. The store associates have always been friendly and willing to assist.

Only saving grace in this story is a gentleman named “fast eddy”. Waited for over 40 minutes for someone to get me a pallet of insulation down from a top shelf. Asked three different employees for assistance, all who shrugged me off and said they would call someone. Over head one employee say “I forgot to call someone to assist the gentleman in the insulation isle. Oh well”. Went to the customer service desk to talk to a manager after waiting for 40 minutes (at least). While waiting fast eddy approached me seeing that I was clearly frustrated and I explained to him the situation. He immediately took me to the insulation isle, grabbed a ladder, and unloaded the pallet I needed by hand. Give this man a raise! And a promotion!

The Burton stores at great store awesome employees always well stock and have what we need dry at you're going to like it better than anywhere else!

Great customer service and convenient location.

I generally shop for a variety of items from different departments. There is always a friendly employee to assist me. I save a lot of time and frustration. They will provide helpful suggestions concerning product options for proper usage.

This store is great everything's always nice and clean and great turn covid they'll even give you a mask if you forget yours. The employees here are all pretty much happy helpful people always willing to help you if you can't find something, or with whatever knowledge they have.

My hometown Home Depot, always a friendly staff, I am not only a regular, but I also deliver propane there. Once in a while it is hard to find someone to assist you, but when you find them they are very helpful

The associates are friendly and helpful. And store was clean easy getting in and out.
