The employees were friendly and helpful, and they had a great selection in stock.

I could not find what I needed. A very nice sales associate came by on her way to somewhere else. She took me way to the back of the store to what I needed. She was kind, she was personable, she was just a delightful person named GAYLE, who just seemed to enjoy her job and the ability to help. I then followed her to check me out!!!! So very refreshing and appreciated!! The store was neat, but GAYLE was the Neatess!!!!!

The people at this store were all very helpful. The cashier (Amethyest) at the self service check out was not only helpful but went over and above what I would expect. Please tell her she is a great asset to Home Depot.

It's a big box store with plenty of variety and fair prices. Store was not enforcing state required face masks be worn.

because of the world pandemic I needed to phone my order in rather than shop the store, but I had called home depot on hill rd in grand blanc first and was first put on hold then transferred 7 times and I waited for over 30 minutes to be waited on, I hung up called the burton store on court street and was immediately put threw to someone who could help me, took my order and finished the sale with fast courteous service. I will remember that when we go shopping for other need when this pandemic is over I will shop the burton store for all my needs.

This Home depot is Awesome. If you need anything in plumbing see Eric or Al. If u see Brittney when u walk in she will tell you where anything and everything is located. If u hv a return Dawn will make u laugh thru the entire transaction. Brian in plumbing is also excellent. I've not ran into or delt with one person at this H.D. that has rubbed me wrong. Everybody there is Excellent to deal with. I look forward to walking in there every single time I need to go there.

I have a very positive feeling about this location, I feel that it represents the chain in a respectable light. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The store sets a good example as far as the layout being 99% similar as the other branches, it is very easy to locate what particular items I need in unfamiliar towns.

The store was clean and isles marked to find what you wanted. The help was always available and helpful. What I like you don't have to hunt for help like you do at some stores.

I am a builder for 40 years. I like the Burton location it is convenient for Genesee county jobs. It’s close to our office. HD has all the materials needed for most jobs. The hours are great. Night and weekend hours make it do able to complete jobs
