My experience was all by phone as I made my order and paid for it all by phone.

This store consistently has the friendliest and most helpful associates of any Home Depot I have shopped in! If you can’t find something they don’t just point and tell you which aisle to go to, they actually walk there with you to be sure there is stock.

When ever I have a project no matter the size the first choice ias always Home Depot as I always can make a one stop shopping trip and not spend extra time running from store to store. Rarely do they disappoint me on having what I need in stock.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a Home Depot store. Don't get me wrong, but "Burgie" went way out of her way to make my hour long trip to a 2nd store to get just two pieces of Mosaic tile that I needed, plus replacing a wrong piece of metal edging I had picked up at the Kingman store. I showed her what I needed to buy & the piece I needed to replace, and she just said, "Wait here!" She returned with exactly what I needed without me having to wander around the store looking for what I needed. Much appreciated!

Bullhead City Home Depot is the best!

Compared to the LA Home Depot stores the Bullhead city store is a refreshing change .Friendly people , you don’t get attacked by day laborers as you drive in . The employees always say hello and ask if they can help you find anything . It’s almost like going back in time to another era ..

Absolutely the worst Home Depot location that I have ever been to. Some of the clerks tried to be helpful but were unable to obtain assistance. The clerk in customer service repeatedly tried to get a hold of the manager and it was the clerks idea for me to speak with the magager because of the difficulty and lack of response that we were facing trying to get assistance with heavy lifting. Unfortunately this was not the only awful lack of customer service experience that I have had at this location. As a female with grown children I do not expect myself to lift an 18k BTU AC unit alone and I do not appreciate being told to go trim my own lumber in the lumber department after I asked for help. Turns out they didn't even have a window AC unit with a regular plug in stock at all so I had to go down the road.

Very nice helpful associates. Very clean. Very good COVID-19 procedures. Everyone should shop here as well as other stores. I cant find the overall rating box because intrusive google advertisements on the right of the screen are covering it up. Move stuff to the left of the screen. Google advertisements are sabatoging a lot of forms. Especially with in antivirus incessant crap that wont go aawy, NORTON, McAfee etc. You should have your highest level people get togerther with other industry leaders and get them to stop it. And get all your entry fields on the left.

Although the Covid-19 shelter in place requirements have now been lifted, this doesn't mean that the pandemic has ended. According to the Mohave Daily News, Mohave County currently has over 510 confirmed cases and 49 deaths from this disease. Despite that infection rates are still rising, none of the employees at this Home Depot were wearing masks. I came to this store looking for drought resistant plants. When I asked for help, the cashier referred me to an male associate. His idea of helping me was to say in a rather condescending tone, "Do you know how to read?" He then pointed at the tag attached to the side of a plant prior to leaving. I didn't get a chance to ask any questions. I also didn't get a chance to point out that many of the plants didn't even have a tag. How was I supposed to know if a plant was drought resistant if there wasn't a tag and if the associate wasn't even willing to help me?

One lady works in appliances department was rude and unhelpful.
