my advice for people seeking flooring modification, DO NOT use home depot flooring services. They ask for full deposit in advance and more likely will screw up your order.

Exceptional customer service from every employee EVERY time I shop at Bullhead City Home Depot. Shout out to Paul in Millwork, Brian in Paint, Michelle in Customer Svc & Jaime who is everywhere. Thank you for your patience while I navigate home repair & improvement with my countless questions as a first time home owner.

store employees are very familiar with most of the products and can help you find what you need. we need to support our local business, i am a firm believer in shopping at home to keep our city strong .i work out of town most of the time, but always try to shop at home.

Every employee is friendly and willing to help. If they don’t know the answer they find someone who does. The tool rental department is awesome. They all deserve recognition. Highly recommend this store.

I don't know what it was but the Garden Department was rude and very sarcastic. They don't have much in stock and yet treat customers as if they are a problem. I will go down the road or think twice next time I need anything home improvement. This isn't the first time at this place but for me its the last!

Getting a online order is almost near impossible to just stop in and get it WAY TO MUCH CONFUSION and it’s stupid you can’t get a store to store transfers if your out of stock

The paint guy, Ron, was an outstanding employee. He does believe in customer service, which, sadly, is non existent in todays world.

Thank goodness for Homedepot Bullhead City, Az. All the supplies you may need for improvement projects and repair can be found at their warehouse store. Reasonable prices too!

The store is convient for me and everything is just what I want to do my necessary Home Improvement Jobs.

The store was clean and the best part of my shopping was the staff. Everyone was really helpful. I’d not been to that store before, so it was easy to get lost. No problem... employees were great. Checkout was a breeze and the fella that helped me load my car was careful, and by golly, got everything to fit!

Today, went to this store to inquire about a pellet smoker barbecue grill. I found an employee, to answer my questions about the grill. The employee, "Tim", came and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and I decided to purchase one. However, I was uncertain as to how to get it home in my hatchback car. Tim measured the grill, then measured my hatchback, and with another employee, he summoned, we were able to carefully load the grill into the vehicle, and I was able to carry it home with me successfully. All were were courteous, and helpful. That made my day! Cheers for Tim and Home Depot!!!

The Home Depot team at Bullhead City 0442 are outstanding and are very helpful getting you in and out of the store. Adam the operations manager is amazing! He took time with me to make sure that we found everything we needed to build the project. The store was very organized and clean and the team there was very friendly and helpful.

I really like the employees in this location! They are extremely helpful and friendly, care about your needs! Every time I am in there , they solve what I am looking for. But last trip they did not have enough air compressors. But we ordered them !

Service above and beyond whenever I visit!!!

Every time my husband and I go this this store, the workers always help us find what we are looing for and all the workers are always friendly with great customer service.

The store, naturally, is very large, and sometimes I have difficulty finding specific items. Every time I have asked an Associate, they have always been accommodating. Once, when I could not locate their gallon jug of Zep window cleaner, I asked an Associate, Paul. He couldn't find it, so he looked on his "hand held computer" and checked the inventory. Item still could not be located, so he took me to the front of the store to Billy (I assume he was the person in charge of ordering inventory, etc.) and he ordered it and then Paul took me to the Will Call lady, Michelle, who took care of it from there! Now, I can clean all of my windows!! Three people went out of their way to help me............outstanding Customer Service!!! When I leave the Bullhead Home Depot, I leave with a smile on my face............quite different from some other locations where I leave, tired and frustrated.

The paint associate at the store was very helpful for my wife and I . She got us hooked up and on our way.

Always clean, orderly, staff is courteous and very helpful. They are always my 1st stop for whatever I am looking for. I highly reccomend this Home Depot for all your needs.

Great store and staff! If you need help, try the Angel or Jaramy at the Pro Desk, Paul in Windows & Doors or Lynette in Carpet, Blinds & Appliances. Very helpful and knowledgeable people in the store. Great place to shop. Store is clean and well stocked.

Had a hard time finding a tool. Garbage disposal wrench. But was handled very well. Check out was a pleasant experience. Cathy was super friendly and so was Sara. Not to mention very helpful! Great job today. Thanks!

Cathy Kennedy provided outstanding customer service today after we waited over 40 minutes for someone that knew how to process a simple procedure. Once I let her know what was going on, she immediately took care of us. As I said in the survey, if all your employees had Cathy's work ethic, your surveys and ratings would always be great.
