The store is extremely well layed out. There is only 2 home depots store arrangements. This one and the other in ft worth and Lubbock. Don't ask me how I know that. I personally think that things could run easier,smother, more employee and customer friendly with a little coaching.

Really enjoy the Brownwood (6820) location because it about 40 miles from home and I always know they will have what I'm looking for. Home Depot's everywhere regardless of the States seem inviting so I'll always be back on another home improvement or building mission! The wife seems to always have a special mission for me and Home Depot helps me complete that mission!

When ever i need help compleeting a project the smart staff at home depot are always there to guide me through it. Often times if i ask they will come up with easier and less labor intensive ways to do the job . At 70 years old less labor intensive is a good thing

Employees generally very friendly and cheerfully say hello as you walk down the aisles. Though, I often find it difficult to spot an employee to ask for assistance. I recently noticed employees standing in pairs chatting rather than offer to be of assistance. Not customer focused. The checkout people were very friendly and helpful. The ladies in the paint department don’t smile nor seem happy to be of assistance. Sontiago in the bath department was great. Very helpful. Surprised Home Depot does not carry a small magnet on a stick—for picking up dropped bolts in tight spaces for example.

A store employee was nice enough to load our air conditioner unit and take it to our vehicle and unload it for us. My husband is an amputee and I am almost 70 so that meant a lot to both of us.

Merchandise, ladders, carts and baskets in the isles, hard to navigate. Young employees that don't even acknowledge you, let alone offer to help, if they could. This store has been on a decline for the last few years, now its circling the drain. Are you just looking for reasons to close it? Put it out of its misery.

Need larger store and more inventory...especially garden/yard/outdoor dept.

For a small town, this Home Depot has a remarkable variety of products. I am grateful for the customer support. They provide the perfect combination of large-scale business products with a customer-driven group of associates. They actually recognize me, and know my shopping style. I admire and appreciate that.

This store has a great variety of tools and accessories for the handyman around the house. They generally have a good selection of different woods that allows you to buy what you need and not have a lot of waste left over.
