The store was very busy when I went in, but as soon as I saw the young man who had waited on me my last trip (Easton), I told him what I needed and was in and out in record time! The employees were all friendly and courteous.

Love this store. Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. There is one lady in millwork that is the most helpful employee I've ever had help me in that store. If you ever need help at the Brownwood Home Depot, just ask for Monica. Shes the best.

CLEAN STORE, EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS FULLY STOCKED AND WE DID NOT NOTICE ANY ISLES WITH EMPTY SHELVES. ALL THE PROPPER PRECAUTIONS IN PLACE.

I've never received better service than I received at this particular Home Depot. Other home improvement stores are okay, but even the okay stores are not as impressive with their customer service than the help I received on my last visit from Daniel. He went above and beyond with helping me find what I needed, and he was very friendly and courteous.

Employees are too interested in what each other is doing instead of assisting customers

I wanted to complement Monica in the pro section of Home Depot . She helped us a few months back as we were preparing to put on a new roof. She is knowlegeable, friendly, professional, and kind and VERY helpful. We seem to go to HD almost 1-2 x week, and almost every employee is beyond nice and helpful. The shelves are fairly stocked , despite this darn Corona thing. We seem to find what we need every time . One time our quest couldn't be found at HD, for a chain link gate, but Monica did her best to find it. I am very pleased with everything there. The store is clean, organized, well illuminated,& easy to find our needed items. Glad we have the store here.

The flooring department in BROWNWOOD, TX. store is a wizard. Showed me several options I had not considered in my price range. He restored my thoughts about retail customer service- he was extremely helpful and professional and I did not feel rushed. Took sincere interest in helping me with my selection and then helped me load it in my SUV! Thank you!

Store representative Mackayla was so helpful over the phone and again when I went in the store. She kept me informed as she processed my order.

The store is clean and generally well stocked. It was easy to find items I was looking for. The store personnel were very helpful. Although we were required to honor the virus guidelines, the shopping experience was pleasureable.

What a wonderful store. A model of professionalism and high standards. All employees were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, accommodating to my disabilities without me having to ask for help. I felt like I was visiting a posh resort rather than a home improvement store. Way to go. I can't wait to have another reason to visit.

The store in Brownwood, Tx. is always clean and well stocked. Service is always great.

The employees are always friendly yet professional and it's now a lot easier to find one to help. Not that long ago if you needed help you almost had to sneak up on an employee to get help. But something changed and when it did it changed for the better. A whole lot better and I no longer dread going to our local home depot. I don't know if you got a new manager or they had a Sunday go to Jesus meeting but customer service changed like night and day. As with any big store things are sometimes very hard to find (even the store employees have trouble finding stuff sometimes. My app and theirs say for instance that there are 20 of a certain item in store at the time but even after turning the place upside down the item/items can't be located. Whoever controls inventory and its updating of the inventory app needs to work on this. Out of the usual 5 stars available I will give the Brownwood, Tx Store 3 stars in the inventory category. On Customer Service I gladly give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it has improved that much.

All the employees are nice. With very few exceptions, I don't know why, but I have received the best and most help from the Female employees. The Male employees just are not around or they just walk by. This has been the case on multiple visits. Not a complaint, just an observation.

Great Store

I bought sod last year for my front lawn and back lawn I spent probably close to two were $3000 I asked how I should plant it they told me to call the Sodfarm I got the number I called the Sodfarm they told me that I should lay plastic down underneath my side which I did and all of the grass in the front lawn died the back lawn I didn’t do the plastic underneath and I pulled I had to go back and pour all of that plastic up and replace the sod but it was too late all the sod died I went back to the store I told them what happened they told me they were going to call the Sodfarm and called me back they never dead I went back to the storeTwo more times and to this day a year later I haven’t heard back from that manager or the farm my grass in the front lawn is dead so I have to completely redo all of the work that I did last year I’m just almost 60 years old this is a very big chore for me and I didn’t feel like I was cared for at all I was blown off and I was given bad advice and I cannot believe the Sodfarm would tell me that and they should have to pay for that

Manager was rude and insulted my husbands attire. Did not give discount as it was explained to us by store employee.

I enjoy shopping at the Brownwood Home Depot! The friendly helpful associates keep me returning to this store!

The products were easy to find, but if I could not find them, all I had to do was ask a store employee, and they were always willing to help!
