Thanking Ms. Missy, who was busy multi-tasking (ringing up a customer) and being the "head cashier". I had to wait for the Head Cashier to open up the Gate where they keep the "Ring Cameras". Not only does she multi-task, but her friendliness and her concern for me having to wait was something we do not see much of. She was very friendly and very apologetic for my wait time. Let's be caring for all involved and lets have more employees out on the floor and lets not "burn out" the good ones you have. :) Please give my thanks again to Ms. Missy.

GREAT CUST SERV

Went to several other home depots that didn't have everything I needed. Finally went here and they had it all. Will continue to shop there as very convenient.

Employees are always polite and extremely helpful. They always ask if I need help finding anything. Since I worked retail for 27 years I know how customer service is supposed to be. I like being a nice customer with store associates helping. Thank you.

The store is always clean and well stocked. I have found that the employees are helpful and ready to answer my questions. They have helped me find different items that I have needed. They have recommended products to me and have helped me load items into my vehicle. I truly appreciate it. I will continue to shop at this Home Depot.

Things was easy to find

I would like to recognize an employee by the name of Sandra. . This individual was very professional and caring. Home Depot very lucky to have her on their team. This store experience was fantastic! Every place I shopped that night, a store associate stopped what they were doing and offered assistance. I would like to see this store get the scanning equipment upgrade that has been completed at the Strongsville store so that e-gift cards can be scanned at checkout by the customer. The store was clean (this location always is) and merchandise was in stock. I enjoyed my shopping trip!

I had my bathroom remodeled, bought appliances, storm doors from Home Depot. Very pleased with their services everytime. Will be purchasing whole house carpeting next.

I drive past two Home depot stores to get to this one. It is well worth the extra miles to have professionals help you and your credit card does not get stolen here.

The front door glass installation was completed by a very skillful and knowledgeable individual!

Awesome customer service. I travel 12 miles to shop at this Home Depot verses 3 miles to the Home Depot near my residence.Always can get assistant from the staff. Home depot have a lot of beautiful things that a home owner can use to fix up their home

THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE TO ME BEING A CONTRACTOR .IS WHEN I NEED A PRODUCT FOR A JOB I WAS TIRED OF WASTING TIME ,GASOLINE ETC.GOING TO OTHER HAREWARE,STORES AND HAVING ULTIMATLY TO GO TO MY HOME DEPOT WHO HAD WHAT I NEEDED.IT TOOK ME ABOUT THREE TIMES DOING THIS.BEFORE I STOPPED GOING TO OTHER STORES.IHAVE ALLWAYS FOUND WHAT I NEEDED AT HOME DEPOT.

The Brooklyn store has the most friendliest employees.

The associates at the store are always helpful and go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for and help you to find what you need for the project you are working on.

The employees in this store go out of their way to be helpful. The cashier gave me the opportunity to get a credit card and $25 off of a $25 purchase. She went out of her way to help me.

I have shopped at this store only 3 times since moving to Brookpark but each time the employees have been helpful and courteous.
