So many associates standing around yet trying to keep from making eye contact instead of asking if they could be of assistance. Also plywood that was there was in usable. Lumber supply was very low .

This Home Depot is very clean & well supplied. Everything you need is well supplied & well organized.

I am always greeted nicely when entering & I am usually asked if I need assistance when I am looking around. If I ask for help, I can always find a friendly employee to assist me to find the product I am searching for. I need to get in & out quickly due to my disability & usually don't have a problem doing so. Nice store friendly staff!

The sales associates were knowledgeable and friendly. Store was well stocked and had exactly what I needed and fairly priced. Clean and I felt safe shipping here amid this covid-19 crisis.

The queue was very confusing for the customer service area. Needs better signage or an employee nicely letting customers know where to enter.

Great Deals! Great Service in the appliance department! Couldn't be happier with my experience at this location. Hand sanitizer was readitly available at the desk where i was filling out forms.

Ivy and Cassandra were not only knowledgeable but willing to walk me around the paint department, helping me understand the products I would need for my project. Giving me the pros and cons of similar products so I could make an informed choice. Thank you for maintaining great customer service during this already uncertain and stressful time.

Not good. I ordered a wet/dry vac and when the woman clerk got it from storage, it was sitting about 3 feet up on top of something and she DROPPED IT. It rattled. I offered her my cart because it was heavy and she said no and then DROPPED IT AGAIN. And it rattled again. And she never apologized. I SHOULD have made her get me another one. When I got home, I saw that there was NO PACKAGING in the bottom of the box or anywhere else. This had BETTER work. How stupid was that?

From the waitng in line outside to entering store and exiting store all associates were very professional and helpful. Five stars to Darius/Dimitius, sorry can't remember correct name. This associate was very helpful in everyway from loading my purchance on cart, taking to my car and loading in my car. Thanks again and god bless all whi work at home depot.

I went to Home Depot for some windshield wiper fluid. I was glad that the item was in stock and you are close to home.

Horrible customer service . Had a company coming to my house to put in a bath tub I had ordered from home depot. After 10 yrs of saving for this project I had come to home depot and ordered a right hand drain tub and my receipt and pick up order said right hand tub and not being a plumber I would have never noticed the difference . I asked repeatedly the day I picked up and they assured me and my pick uo order said right hand tub. Well it was a left hand tub and home depot has blown me off for 2 and glf weekd and I'm being very patient because of this virus but they could care less if I could shower ot not during this virus . They have made no attempt to even call me back after calling every 6 days . This is going on 3 weeks . I dont have another bathroom or shower and cant even finish fix my bathroom because I have spent the money to pay the company and won't donit twice . It's not like these companys say ok we'll just come back . If someone would have just picked up the phone to call me back I would not be writing this. I guess we will see u in court ..ty for making my shopping experience amazingly horrible and I will be returning everything I have to used yet which just in tile is around 1700.00 dollars . Yeah u dont care we already know . ..Thank Henry.. Bob...and Tavnte .. ...The pass the buck to someone else trio. Gosh is an awesome employee and should be given a raise and promotion. He was very helpful and was the only one who put in any effort to try and correct it but apparently all his managers wouldn't let do anything other than discount employee discount ..

I was very pleased with the service I was provided while at this Home Depot specially with everything going on with the virus and that it was very clean and sanitized and the service was great

Lots of staff on hand to help with needs. Not like Lowe's where you can never find anyone to help you.

I like the layout and selection at this store and compared to a few others in my area it's always clean and you can find an associate to assist if needed.

If you want to be treated like a criminal/theif at checkout, then this store is for you.

Everyone who works here is beyond helpful. We never have to hunt for an employee when we need to ask for help as there is always someone close by and they usually approach us. We will be heading to the Brooklyn Home Depot any time we have a home improvement project, big or small.

This store sucks. Watch out for the unfriendly employees and for the prices*** they list one thing by the item and charge you a lot more at the register.
