I would reccomend this location because of the beautiful service I received from Daijour. Please congratulate him. He was magnificent. Knows his job, enjoys his jobs, and especially loves the people he serves.

I like this store. I have been going there since 2000. People like Steve from Garden, supervisor Tanya and her cashier make me keep coming. They always go above and beyond to give customer satisfaction.

Without exception this store is by far the most Accommodating of all. The customer service Is extraordinary and each employee goes Above and beyond the call Of duty to be of assistance I would Like to give a special shoutout to Kenishe and her store manager Harlan

I want to thank Apriel for excellent customer service. I hope she is rewarded and valued as an employee in that store. She is kind and witty.

I will give this store four stars. It is a good store but I don't it's the best.

I had a great shopping experience looking for floors for our home. Julian was a great employee who answered every question I had and explained things I did not understand. He worked through his lunch break to make sure I had what I needed I highly appreciate his service.

I had a great experience purchasing a gas dryer at this store. Sales personnel were very helpful, which can make a huge impact on your attitude to buy a product.

This store was very clean and neat. The associates was friendly and professional.

99% of service is the employee's attitude. If an employee have a bad day, he/she should leave that at home and not take it on customers. This morning I was mistreated because I can't read without reading glasses. The employee was a young man by the name of Mr. Vance on isle 19, who told me "you have eyes" upon a question regarding a size of a drill bit. Then he walked to the register but once back didn't offer a simple apology. Instead he asked "do you still want my help?" I said "yes but there is no need to be disrespectful... what kind of an answer is; You have eyes?" He didn't like that either so he flee the scene like he owned the whole store. I was left alone with a problem... I managed my search alone the best I could and proceed to checkout. Then I came back to ensure I have the right employee's name. I was a regular on this store and never before was treated with such arrogance and disrespect.

the staff were very accomodative, friendly and help me with to locate the product that i need. I was in and out of the store quickly.

This store is a bit smaller and older than the other homedepot stores in the area but it was also the first homedepot store in this area of the Bronx. It isn't as convenient for me to go to this store since the Bruckner Blvd store opened, but I still shop there on occassions. I went there to return items on a Sunday evening just before store closing and I was able to accomplish my return within minutes.

The customer service was awesome!! And the store looked very clean!!

Not every retail store has 100 %service but Andrea and Kevin from plumbing are awesome. They provide the help you are looking for.

The store was organized and the products were easy to find. The employees were warm and welcoming, thoroughly going through each and every product we were wondering about. The prices are all justified and affordable

This Home Depot location is a disgrace. I have been to plenty of the other locations and this one takes the cake. Employee’s are unhelpful, disrespectful and are more concerned about begin on there phones or having conversations rather than helping paying customers. The place is filthy and unorganized. All the people standing outside and in the parking lot that are looking for work are all standing by the registers blocking paying customers. Looks like this home needs a new manager running the show.

Always a treat to come to the store. I regret the frankfurter man left; parking is always a challenge..However, other than that, I am pleased.

The staff working here are condescending and downright rude to customers. I was humiliated by a very aggressive employee that insulted me when I asked her for help. It’s the ghetto culture that’s present among all the staff. They’re always hiding in a corner and give you death stares if you dare ask them a question.

I just returned from the most humiliating shopping trip in my entire life. As a frequent shopper at Home Depot Gun hill Road location, I learn never to ask their employees for help ever! Speaking from several terrible experiences I just my items and get out fast. But today I’m writing this review completely humiliated and patronized. For the past several months I have been watching a door in the clearance section. Today I saw that it was further reduced so I decided to jump on this deal. My shopping cart was full so I decided to make 2 trips. I placed the door on the right carousel and proceeded to check out. The very irate lady cashier yelled at me to take the door back because it’s not for sale. I politely explained to her that this merchandise was among many 1 of many other clearance doors and if she could call the manager. She snapped that I’m the manager and no cashier will check it out. Another cashier was dismissive in tone. I was left confused but not surprised because only a few weeks ago the refused to accept my gift certificate because it was on my phone. They said the only accept printed paper gc!! ‍So I left feeling humiliated, like I was chased out and that my $$ was no good. I’m posting the item barcode from May 2019 and today. Seems I like Home Depot gun hill only hire lazy thugs with bad attitudes that likes to intimate customers. No wonder this store is always disorganized, dirty and stocked with used/inferior merchandise. I promise never to return here ever!!!!!
