Very appealing store from my view.

I typically don't shop here but I had a pleasant experience on my recent shopping trip at Home Depot. The sales associates that went above and beyond were Moncerrat and Diane. I was interested in purchasing some flower pots however there weren't enough on the shelf in the color that I was looking for. I asked a sales associate if there were any in that back that weren't shelved but they told me no without bothering to check. On the other hand when I asked Moncerrat they checked right away and there were some that weren't shelved. Moncerrat made sure I got what I needed and Diane assisted in the process. I really appreciated their help.

customer service from a cashier name "Taylor" was awful, inconsiderate, disrespectful.

The store is organized and the checkout is quick

This store is right in my backyard, very convenient. Sometimes I do have to shop else where because the service is very poor and trying to get an associate to help is like looking for a needle in a haystack. As of lately I have noticed that service is picking up. Today service was great. The garden center was the place to shop. Lots of new plants and the cashier Arlene was terrific. The store was also very tidy and the items were displayed in a very clear manner.

Definitely come and show this Homedepot some love ! Everything was neat and organized

I go to this store some times. The Staffs are very friendly specially Mr. Kenu and Mr. Devon are awesome.

Mustafah provided exceptional customer service. I needed help in the garden department. He went above and beyond to help me gather 16 large bags of garden soil. He also helped me navigate these items to the cashier. I really appreciated his courteous customer service.

I found most of my items but the store could use more organization and staffing.

I find all the products I need easily while shopping at home Depo. Assistance was great and the store is always clean. Associates are sometime friendly and helpful.

I went to HD/ Gun Hill Rd to buy a lamp last week. I did not find the lamp on the shelf and asked a sales rep to find me one. He looked at the shelves, told me that the lamp was out of stock and advised me to come again next week. I came again today, 3/17/21, and did not find the lamp on the shelf again. Sales rep told me that the lamp was out of stock. I came to the customer service desk in hopes to request a home delivery of that lamp when it arrives. Customer service rep TANIA asked me about the lamp, went with me to the lamp aisle to get the number of that lamp, then returned back and checked her computer. She found out that the store had 20 (twenty) of those lamps in stock. She went to the backroom, spent about 10 minutes there and BROUGHT ME THE LAMP I wanted to buy! Please give her an award! Such a sweet, professional, good-mannered and customer-oriented individual MUST be appreciated! Next time I need to find something in the store, I will definitely go to TANIA!

Store has good stock. Other Home Depot’s have more variety of products

I would rate higher but some associates like MR G on the key maker section need to be more polite towards customer. MR G has a nasty very nasty attitude.

The employees of this store are always friendly and always willing to assist in finding the right item.

The store was very clean and products are very easy to find. The store is well stocked and we were able to find everything we went to buy. I was surprised by how many associates are there to assist and answer questions. Also, do not feel discouraged if there's a long line, it moves very fast. As a result, you will be out in no time. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They don't just answer questions they're very proactive with making sure you find what you want. We asked one employee about a washroom tub and he actually open the box to make sure all the pieces were in the box. Great experience!

The Gun Hill store is by far the greatest location! the have the largest selection and everything is usually in stock!! The staff is super friendly and helpful especially Ray and Arlene, I highly recommend it!!!
