Is the first time I get help the way I did. Home Depot Associate or employee in plumbing and bathroom appliances named Kevin B gave me the best customer service ever. Not only did Kevin take his time helping me. Looking for the Item and even making sure I had all I needed that went along the item and on top of that explaining why these things are important and what things are best to buy. I left out of home depot with so much more knowledge. I was amazed at how much he knew about his area.

Always find what I need. Staff members are awesome, high five to the members at the washing machine department. High five to Deja (sales Cashier) for excellent customer service.

An employee named Carmen helped us out during our visit to Home Depot. She was very generous and helped explain everything we need for our product which was a fridge. She explained to us what we could to if it were to get damaged. She provided us with all the information we needed and made sure we got what we wanted.

Customer service is deplorable. Staff is nasty and will not answer a question and walk in other direction when you request service. They disappear and never come back. Checkout line is worse. People talk to each other rather than assisting at checkout and when you ask about line, they take people out of turn and yell at you. I feel personally threatened and don't want to spend my money there anymore.

I'm Happy with my purchase today needed a new floor lamp. The store was very clean the workers was friendly and helpful in helping me find what I wanted looking forward to shop there again.

The outside of this store was not clean at all. Inside was o.k. The person who we worked with was very helpful and professional

This is the best homedepot in my opinion. The workers actually help you..if needed they walk you to what you looking for instead of just pointing. They also look for merchandise not on shelves but on the overheads and get it for you! They don't act like you bothering them at all, they are really friendly including the managers!

Have 45 mins to kill waiting on the checkout line ???? Then go to this store. You are better off going to the Bruckner Ave & Bush Ave Home depo. Store is better stocked & check out lines are a lot faster if not, bring a book to read while youre on the check out line at Gunhill.

make sure you have all the supplies for customer to purchase employee should be more friendly and service the customer with a smile; it doesn't cost to smile.

The experience at the store was average, my distaste came with the delivery and the customer service! This store has the WORST customer service I've ever been subjected to, and their delivery staff is just as bad! I will NEVER solicit anything from this store again! Not only will I NOT receive the DAY LATE delivery but I will be asking for an IMMEDIANT REFUND as well!

The store is very resourceful, well lit, clean, quiet, with courteous staff and in a good location.
