I just want to take a moment a give a shout out to Dawn in the Hardware department in Bristol,CT. She always answers all of my questions. She’ll order anything I need. I just picked up my husbands big Xmas gift that she helped me pick out. I just think she deserves a shout out this time of the year! Thanks Dawn for all you do for me all year!

I went in to the store close to closing time and every one was pleasant . I worked with PAPA on special ordering some thing and he was so pleasant and helpful , never rushed me even when they dimed the lights on us .. lol.. it was an overall good experience .

The staff at the Bristol Home Depot typically are very friendly and helpful. When I need to buy something, I usually look here first before I would look somewhere else. Today, I wanted to buy a water heater and mentioned to Sabrina at Customer Service about my issues with transporting it or having it delivered. She worked to figure out a solution and got the appropriate approval. I was happy to complete the purchase without having to go home to think more about how else to get the water heater.

This is the second time that I've dealt with the Bristol store I would not recommend it to anyone. Both times I've been there I have had issues. This includes parts needed not on the shelves and rude cashiers.

Overall store is great and people are nice! All the carts and carriages are absolutely ridiculous lined up along main road!!!

Your Bristol, CT, store is well-staffed and well managed. New hires Alexandra, Noel and Jennifer, plus Customer Service Supervisor, Christine (Chris), unerringly continue their excellent efforts everyday I visit. You should commend each of them.

Great HD store. I visit many HD stores in the area and this one is the best. This team is on top of their game in that they are so knowledgeable helpful. Its a great team and a pleasure to shop there.

Although I live in a town with a Home Depot closer I was in the area and chose to stop in here. So glad I did, the employees made the experience so much better. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and really seemed to enjoy working there.

Home Depot Sales Associates are well trained and always helpful in passing along direction in so many do it yourself home projects/repairs. Can't think of another store whose employees are so customer oriented.

The worst store the worst service and installation process I have every experienced. Took 2 months to order flooring and once the flooring came in and the installers were at the condo that is only 500 sqft, only to tell me that they need to charge me $3,800 extra to install the floor. So unprofessional and I am disgusted at this bait and switch.

I've been to a few of these stores and I found the Bristol,Ct. store to be superior to the others.

Any time you go into this store and have to work with either John C from electrical or cashier Rosa it is a enjoyable experience.They both make you feel welcome when they great you.And they always thank you for coming in the store to shop.

Appliance delivery is a joke. I am still waiting for delivery of a several thousand dollar order of appliances 5 days after promised.. No call no show from the delivery team. They have not answered the phone in 5 days!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never shop at home Depot again.

This store keeps up on its inventory, and they are well organized. I have found the staff and service people to be very helpful land have extensive product knowledge ...... I use this as my primary go to store....

Convenient and reliable. But why is it that when corporations need to cut costs in order to “stay competitive” they rarely cut costs as the top? Meanwhile wages for workers are a race to the bottom
