I have found what is very helpful and a Time Saver is I go to the customer information desk and just order everything I need with them . cashier does the order over the internet and then I come back another day to pick it up

I've been to several Home Depot stores in the greater Hartford, CT area. In terms of employees' knowledge, expertise, attitude and helpfulness, the Bristol store wins, hands down!

The Bristol Home Depot is a great place to shop. Very well stocked and all of employees are very helpful and friendly, knowledgeable

The employees here actually care a little about helping customers, and they know a little bit about their products. This is what is missing from customer service these days. William the cashier was especially friendly on my visit on 6/25/2020. They should pay you all more.

If the Home Depot website indicates a product is in-stock DO NOT TRUST THAT IT IS.

I was worried about all the cars I saw each day in the parking lot and thought, OMG how can they have that many people in there at one time. After a couple of weeks i finally got the nerve up to go in the store quickly and look for lawn fertilizer. When I got there, there was a short line waiting outside to get in. They were following the process of 2 people out and then 2 people in. I was surprised that they were doing it, because I was at another store the week before and they were letting everyone in the building and had no arrows in the aisles and a lot of people had no masks on. I feel very comfortable going back to Home Depot as they are doing it right to protect its employees and customers. !st store I have been in that I didn't have anxiety being there. Thank you Home Depot

If I could give a negative rating I would. Upon entering the store there were no carts of any kind so I asked the gentleman if there were any available he replied with no we are super busy now note this was 2 Pm on a Thursday. So I asked if anyone was getting them he again replied with no I just told you we a super busy and short staff. He was one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. Once inside the store I observed several employees just walking around and some were even dusting, I guess that’s more important than carts for customers.

Do not use this store! The service stinks

I appreciate all that you do. It is hard to go to work each day not being sure of this virus. When I needed an appliance due to a fire you were there for me to make a purchase. It was very helpful to me even though delivery did not go quite right. Thank you

The employees are well aware of the products they sell and can answer most questions. Associates very friendly and store very clean

I travel a lot and have lived in Five different towns in CT. Out of all the Home Depots I have been to (a lot), I think The Bristol store is one of the best stores hands down. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the second positive review I am leaving for the Bristol Home Depot. I had two projects that was working on and received help from Steve. He had patience and knowledge about the project and also gave me an alternative idea which worked out better. In the end, Steve saved me money, provided excellent advice and customer service.

I build picnic tables and I utilize various sizes of lumber. It is helpful when the layout of the lumber in the store is easy to navigate. I had a discouraging experience in a different Home depot location. I was having difficulty locating the pressure treated lumber I required and after 20 minutes, I left my cart and drove to the Bristol Home Depot. I was able to load my cart efficiently and be on my way. Overall this location seems to be organized and well managed.

This store and its employees have been awesome during our first home remodeling job. Can’t say enough about the selection, the service from staff from the employees on the floor to the cashiers to the management staff. It just has been a great experience all around.

their doing away with peoples job by installing self checkout, I'm sure homedepot is saving money but not passing it on to customers, ill be heading back to the hardware stores where you can still be greeted coming and going.

Personnel are always very happy to help. If by chance they are unable to, they direct me to the right person that can so I complete my visit in a timely manner. The store is clean, friendly and most important their prices are right. If by chance they ran out of a item, they find a close store that has what I need. All this keeps me coming back.

I shop often at the Bristol 6229 store. The associates have always gone out of their way to help me find uncommon items, help lift heavy plywood, cut materials to exact measurements to allow them to fit in my car, advise the best product for my job and explain how to methods, and the chechout people are like old friends that make that process pleasant.

The associates th the appliance department helped me select the washing machine to fit my needs They fully explained the shipping process and what I should look for when it was delivered.

Very poor customer service. They do not inspect returned products and just put them back up on the shelves with missing parts.

The customer service given by associates is hit or miss. You will either have people that care about your project and want to help you with what's best for your project and budget or people that couldn't care less and just want to get on with their day. Also some people at the returns are nasty and have the worst attitudes while others are nice.

The Bristol Home Depot has the most friendly and helpful employees I have ever encountered in a home improvement store. I am always greeted and several have gone above and beyond trying to help me solve problems with Home Improvement issues that I was having. Keep up the good work! I am not sure what customer service training employees have to go through but it is top-notch.

After shopping several competitors for the same items and discovering very similar pricing at each, we chose this Home Depot because of our comfort level with the sales associates. We purchased two major kitchen appliances and had a couple of issues with the shipper regarding delivery scheduling and a couple of incorrect items. The store manager and her associates went above and beyond the call of duty to not only cure the issues, but ensure my complete satisfaction with the Home Depot. Based on our experience with these folks, they have our loyalty going forward, even if I could purchase an item for less elsewhere. I can't thank the associates and store manager enough, they really do care!

Excellent customer service

This has to be one of the cleanest stores in Connecticut. I went there today (Saturday) and this store was spotless. The staff was readily available to assist (not like other stores where they hide in back rooms when you need help). I really liked the friendly attitude of the staff also.

When a mistake is made and it is store policy that paint is not returnable, that a store manager is willing to make a exception and make it right.
