The MOD 07/29/2021 Rachel did not know how to Offer the Military/ Veterans discount on an ordered item. The staff was adimitt that I wouldn't qualify for the discount on an online order. However, I was making an in Store purchase. I provided them everything they needed to complete the transaction properly, including Store SKU, Proper credentials, and a reference to a previous purchase so they can see how to process the transaction. The manager and customer service team did not like being challenged about their inability. In the end I had to show the manager how to complete the order with the Military Discount. The whole issue including this review could have been avoided if they had merely look at the store SKU I provided them. They were more interested in proving I was wrong than helping. However they were wrong. Terrible customer service.

Polite friendly staff!

From the moment I walked in a very helpful employee Andrew not only helped me pick out the perfect grill; when they didn’t have any others built. He suggested I take the store model which was a perfect solution for me. He then cashed me out and pushed it out the door to help me load it in my truck. Thank you again Andrew!

It's always nice to shop in places with expectations that are met and Home Depot in Bristol is one of those places. Organized and clean with friendly employees, especially Lori at the cashier.

If you are a customer, and need help in gardening, ask for "Josh", very helpful.

Customer service was very good. Had to purchase a refrigerator in a hurry. I wish home depot had at the store so we could have gotten it tonight. Also home depot to deliver with there own truck for rent. This would have really helped in this emergency situation because our fridge just died...

So far in the past month I've been there @ least 15 X's all the times customer service is awesome great job

I needed help in garden after being stranded my a sales associate. The only person I could find while walking through the store was a woman named dawn (don’t have a last name) she apparently did not work in garden but did stop what she was doing and helped me with what I needed!! I was extremely grateful!!

In our visit, we received answers to our questions and assistance getting an item from top racks. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Above and beyond! We will come back to the Bristol CT store!

Was at Home Depot in Bristol, CT yesterday purchasing a Ryobi Hedge trimmer. The hedge trimmer was locked behind a cage. I had an associate unlock the cage so I could grab the hedge trimmer. The associate then told me she had to escort me to checkout... I was not finished shopping and was forced to be escorted to checkout, pay for the hedge trimmer, put it in my car, and come back into the store to finish shopping. 2021 and I am still being racially profiled. I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot.

everyone at the store was nice, helpful and friendly which means a lot. home depot is also pet friendly and they welcome well behaved pets.that also is very important to us..a pleasure to shop there

The store needs more staff. When someone arrives at this store there should be someone to assist you when you have questions a customer should not have to search out an associate to help them. This happens often and should not be the case

Always get what I need . Sometimes there is a scarcity of helpers

The employees are really helpful. Even if something cannot be answered by a certain individual they make sure to get an accurate answer from another coworker.

I come to the Bristol store everytime I need a home item. I always find what I need and its a friendly environment.

This is the only Home Depot that figured out how to apply my veterans discount on a special order item. For years I’ve been told it could not be done. Just think of all the money I could have saved over many years of purchases.

I have been going here for years. and will continue to. I am retired and am always doing a project.

the bristol store is the best home depot store i have ever been to. today i spent a lot money on appliances and was very happy with the associates that helped me . everyone was very friendly and the store is pet friendly..that means a lot..hats off to all of the employees and thank you for being there

I enjoy visiting my local Home Depot. It is always pretty clean and in order. I am always impressed by the friendly associates who are willing to help and more times than not, they bring you to the aisle that your item would be found...making shopping easier and quicker.

I would like to commend employee Robert Miller in Dept. 30! He helped us pick out new doors for our home. He's very knowledgeable of all products in his department, cares about the customer's financial savings, quality...he's absolutely remarkable.
