The employees were very helpful, especially David, the Manager of the Lighting Department and John and Dave in the Doors Department.

This store has a large selection of plants, soil and gardening essentials. There are visible employees throughout the store who are helpful when needed. Love the sales!!

this is a great store, lots of merchandise but everything is dirty. i saw at least a dozen employees standing around doing nothing to improve the situation. playing games and lounging around at my store would call for management's attention. hopefully if, in the future, the store will get cleaned up and shopping there will be a better experiance

The store is clean, well organized and busy with customers. However, as busy as they were, I had at least 3 different salespeople asking me if they could help me find things I was looking for in the store.. It was nice to know that store personnel are not to busy to assist you.

Great seclection of plants for spring planting. Looking for blooming plants for spring/summer and found lots!! The employees I spoke to were able to direct me to what I was looking for. The gardening area of the store was well organized and clean.

Close to me. This is the nearest Home Depot (Brinkman's) to me. I shop there often. Can almost always find what I need in the store. If not I can order online and have it delivered to the store for pickup at no shipping charge. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable about products. The store is well organized and clean.

This store exceeds all other stores in friendliness, cleanliness, inventory, etc. I really enjoy talking with Philicia, Sal, Anthony and Roland. They all know me by looks or name.

Received absolutely ZERO assistance loading a 12' ladder onto my cart AND out at my truck. They may have what you're looking for, but you'll need bring your own help to load things out.

All is good only on mens restroom a toilet don't have toilet seat

The associate Al Gonzales working in the tool department was very helpful. He helped me find the correct sandpaper I needed for the type of sanding I was doing.

The store was well-organized and well-stocked. The employees were eager to help and well knowledged. Although it was at closing time no one seems to be rushing me and everyone was very helpful. I will recommend this store to all friends and family throughout my future General Contracting Endeavors. Thank You Home Depot you guys Rock! Happy New Year.

Customers can't find stuff fast or efficiently, so the parking is very full. Under-staffed and poorly trained employees, so no help there. Boxed product usually missing parts due to theft. I don't want to self-check-out! About the same as every other Home Depot. I keep going to Home Depot first; hoping they will improve; but H.D. competitors earned two-thirds of my fix-it money in 2018.

Don't try to order online. Apparently inventory online not indicative of the item actually being there. I've had my order canceled a number of times because the online inventory is not reconciled with actual items in stock. Good luck

I had a great experience at kitchen design and appliances sections. Great employees there with good advises.

Good inventory and employees qualified to give advice about repairing home. I found the product that I was looking for, but already knew where to find it. Employees were not available in the garden center to help me find stuff. I did not need buying assistance during this trip. Restroom was filthy. Lots of employees were hanging around in restroom. But no employees were available to report dirty restroom to. The restroom was dirty. The rest of the store appeared clean. Associates were hanging around in restroom seemed like they were up to something, but would not interact as far as assisting me to make a complaint. I got the feeling they were taking unauthorized breaks.

Great customer service

I love shopping at Home Depot but this visit was a little different because it took me asking 3-4 employees to find what I need. They seem to be too busy and didn't want to be bothered. Everyone I asked just gave me a isle number which I still could not find what I needed. I even had one to tell me she will send someone to help me but no one showed up. I finally found someone in Doors and help me find what I need.

This store lumber department always has what I need and the supervisor Rey is very knowledgeable.

I go to a lot of Home Depots all over the area. This particular one seems better stocked and organized than most, probably because they do a lot of business. Not always, but usually they keep the lines moving pretty quickly so you don't end up wasting the day standing there.
