Many times when I visit a home improvement store, I am lucky if the employees know what aisle something is on that I am looking for. When I went the other night with a very complicated electrical issue, Jeffrey, a store associate, went above and beyond to not only understand my situation, but actually made a contraption to solve my problem! He was beyond helpful; he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and actually fun to deal with and you could tell he enjoyed his job! I will be a loyal customer at this Home Depot moving forward because of him! He is a real-life MacGyver!

Doris at the pro desk went above and beyond in helping me locate and place a special order of Trex, she represents the professionalism that seems to be lost these days. What a great experience!!!

Great experience upon buying, although the item was never shipped to me, had to call back after 10 days ( which was the supposed delivery date) and found out it was going to be 1 month back order. Wasted time and money.

Great store but customer service not good . Talk to about four associate just gave us the ran around never got help. It could of be better if you don't know something ask someone else but come back let people know never showed up again or never been seen. No we what never find what we were looking for.

Employees know where everything is. But they had an elderly lady working OUTSIDE in the HEAT. Very wrong.

I have purchased a new to me home that I had remodeled from the floors up. I have always gotten David in Electrical to help me and he was a great help with items in his department and introducing me to Helen in Appliances who helped me with the kitchen appliances. I really appreciate the employees at Home Depot who help me.

Store was busy so it was a madhouse but busy is good..

Product layout and selection is great and store is clean. Customer service reps need to be in their departments when needed and more cashiers need to be scheduled during busy hours.
