This is an outstanding store with very helpful employees. Jay in the flooring department went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a project for some kids to give them a Merry Christmas.

I shop here all the time, sometimes they have to kick me out.

Good store, great location, good staff. Inventory is pretty good here and they can order as necessary.

I drove from across town to buy a specific patio heater - a bulky item. Every employee I encountered was friendly; multiple offers of help were made as I went through the store to find the item. One young woman supervising the checkout lanes helped me wrangle it forward through the front of the store. Deandre, the young man who helped me load it, was courteous, careful and persistent, trying several ways to finally get the assembled heater into my car without damaging the product. Kudos to a store team that clearly cultivates a focus on customer service. It was a pleasure doing business there.

Employees in the power tool department went about and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Dayna, David and Afrel (sp) helped for for several days looking for a tool kit that was showing 7 in inventory, but couldn't be located. They thought they may have still been on the truck, just not unloaded yet. So I came back the next day. Still the same issue. Dayna and David help negotiate for a different took kit to give me a discount due to the inconvenience. They came through. Purchased the item. Very happy and returning customer!!

every Employee seem to be waring masks

It's the first time I've been in a Home Depot since the COVID-19 started. The experience wasn't as jarring as most restaurants and businesses. It was business as usual with the added plexiglass walls at some cashiers and warnings of 6 foot distancing. The atmosphere really hasn't changed much and they seem to have figured out how to meet the needs of their clients while adhering to the COVID-19 recommendations. I felt fine there, the store is clean, there is hand sanitzer, I heard a guy ask if there were any masks (not sure if they give them out or it was for a project), same friendly, knowledgable, folks to help find what I'm looking for.

My visit to this store was a very negative experience due to a very rude cashier. He was yelling for next customers in line and had a very negative attitude. Did not even say "thank you" after a purchase. Employees here lack in very basic tenets of customer service and are not held accountable for their poor attitudes.

Went to the store today hoping to purchase a 12' chain. Since it had to be custom cut I needed assistance. I waited in Aisle 8 after asking 2 different employees if they could call for assistance. After waiting almost 20 min, hardware assistant never came. I told a manager my experience, and even after all that i left Home Depot without my purchase. This is not the first time I experience this issue, they need to find a way to solve this.

Awesome location. If you want exceptional customer service, this is your location. The staff is so helpful and does it with a smile on their face. The check out line, while seems long, moves very quickly, even at peak hours. Will be coming back here because I got all my needs taken care of in a timely fashion.

Horrible customer service at your store. I had bought two bi-fold doors and upon me bringing them inside my house I noticed that the corners of each door were damaged. The damage was slight, in a way that would happen when the doors were either off-loaded at the store or someone took them out and roughly examined them. In any case, I felt that I should receive an undamaged product so I returned the doors to your customer service returns desk. The CSR asked me about the damage and refunded my money. I asked what she would like me to do with the doors since I needed the cart and she and another female colleague asked me to put them back on the shelf. I said, you want me to put back the DAMAGED door back on the shelf and they responded that it wasn’t “that” damaged so its ok. I said Nope not going to put back a DAMAGED product so I walked away, listening to her “A simple NO thanks would have been ok sir…” as I walked away. I then walked outside the store to get another hand cart to go get new doors (hopefully undamaged this time), walking around multiple employees standing way too close to each other at the exit/entrance, grabbed my cart then the employees said “Sorry sir we close at 8. Technically, it was 8:00 at that moment but they did see me just walk out to get a cart. I said ok…just lost a sale then, then left.

Went early one morning and no employees were around to help. They haven't answered their phones for the past two weeks. I ended up going to Lowes for my purchase.

Best store and customer service ever. Highly recommend.

Staff at the contractors checkout not wearing masks, even though we were required to ware a mask to enter the store!

Large Home Depot , well stocked generally, Friendly Employees and Great Products. They take returns with a receipt. very easy to deal with. Recommended !

The store was clean and really organized.

The store greeter was happy and friendly fellow in an orange cap, orange apron and white beard. He made walking through the door a wonderful experience with his smile! The young man in the light bulb department knew his light bulbs, very impressive. Friendly and happy employees providing excellent customer service!
